Hello,

Do you have a plugin for external posts? Also, do you have the latest version of the AMP? Please provide some screenshots with your settings from AMP and mobile theme.

Thank you!

Hi Anamaria,

This is my live site – https://www.marathi.hindusthanpost.com/

In this website, we have used latest version of theme and latest version of the wordpress.

I have tried various tests with the server, and it has generated these error logs. Could you please check them once?

……………………………………………………………………..
[07-Jun-2023 13:23:55 UTC] PHP Notice: Function amp_remove_paired_endpoint was called incorrectly. Function called while AMP is disabled via amp_is_enabled filter. The service ID "paired_routing" is not recognized and cannot be retrieved. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 2.1.1.) in /home/985718.cloudwaysapps.com/gpsyvarnnm/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5865

The PHP notice you encountered indicates that the amp_remove_paired_endpoint function was called incorrectly while the AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) feature is disabled. The notice also mentions that the service ID “paired_routing” is not recognized and cannot be retrieved.

To address this notice, you can take the following steps:
– Verify if the AMP plugin is enabled: Check if the AMP plugin is installed and activated on your WordPress site. If it is not installed or activated, you may need to install and activate the AMP plugin to use the related functions correctly.

– Check the AMP status: Ensure that the AMP feature is enabled. Some plugins or themes provide options to enable or disable AMP support. Make sure that AMP is enabled through the appropriate settings or configurations.

– Review the function call: Double-check the code where the amp_remove_paired_endpoint function is being called. Verify that the function is called correctly with the appropriate parameters and within the appropriate context.

– Debugging in WordPress: If you need more information or assistance in debugging the issue, you can follow the link provided in the notice (https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/) for guidance on how to enable debugging in WordPress. Enabling debugging can help identify any underlying issues or conflicts causing the notice.

By ensuring that the AMP plugin is installed, activated, and enabled, and by reviewing the function call and enabling WordPress debugging if needed, you can address the PHP notice related to the amp_remove_paired_endpoint function.

Hello,

You can’t disable the mobile theme on the categories.
Also, if you use auto ads, those are displayed randomly on your website, you can not choose where to display them.

Thank you!

Hello @dlicoppe !

Access the homepage in every language; edit it with the TagDiv Composer so you can have access to the header. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements.

Thank you!

Can you please help me with one more issues at our category page?

At Category page, We are seeing first 2 category tab irrespective of any category page.

For example:

At Food & Beverages franchise, we are seeing APPAREL Franchise and Automobile franchise.

How to hide different category option on the category page?

Hello Gaurav!

We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.

Thank you!

Hello There,

I have been using Mobile theme on my website and it was working fine, until I see the Category page. I want to enable mobile theme template on post only and to some extent achieved that by disabling it on Home and other pages, but unable to do so on Category template.

Can someone please help me to disable Mobile theme template on Category page as I want to only use simple mobile template.

Just because of that, I had to deactivate the Mobile theme plugin as it was ruining mobile user experience.

Your any support is appreciated!

Regards
Gaurav

Hi,
The problem related to deactivating and reactivating the mobile theme plugin is as if there is a cache problem and when the plugin is deactivated and reactivated it is deleted.
Thank you!

Hi,

If you want you can disable the mobile theme on the posts, that is why the mobile editor is not added.

Thank you!

Hi Calin, thank you for your answer, we are going to deactivate the plugin and use the pop up short code with tag div composer. We suppose we must include the short code in the footer if we want to display it in all the pages of the web.
On the other hand… we have another issue, every time we change something in the web our main page is not displayed correctly in mobile devices, we must deactivate the mobile theme and reactivate it again (to display AMP pages).. is this an error of 12.4 version?
Kind regards, Ana

Can you help me figure out why I can see all of my menu categories when logged in to the site, but not when logged out? I’d like to fix this so they’re all visible, even when logged out? Also, there are 3 menu items (categories) that are not visible on the Mobile menu.

Thanks, Ken

Hi,
From what you said, it seems to be a compatibility problem between the popup maker plugin and the mobile theme plugin.
Unfortunately, I can’t suggest a possible fix because I haven’t tested that plugin, but if you want, you can contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary access to investigate this problem, in this way, we will be able to suggest a possible fix.
Thank you!

Hi,
Our theme provides 3 versions for mobile that can be used:
1. Responsive version, this is by default when you install the theme and you do not use the mobile page or mobile theme plugin.
2. Mobile page/template this allows you to create with tagDiv Composer and cloud a different layout and set different elements for mobile and iPad/tablet and it will overwrite the responsive version.
3. Mobile theme plugin, this is a light theme version for mobile that will overwrite the mobile page and responsive version if enabled.
So when you have a mobile page/template this will be used instead of a responsive version, but if you also have the mobile theme enabled, this one will override both of them.
How to combine them? Yes, this can be possible, for example, the mobile page/template will apply only on that page or cloud template that is assigned. But what to do if you want to use a mobile theme plugin too? If you use the mobile theme, in Gutenberg editor it is an option to disable the mobile theme in the current post/page, if you use the option, then it will use the mobile page/template (if is assigned) or the responsive version.
So in your case, you can disable the mobile theme on the homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/NX57q4t.png or if you do not want it at all, disable the plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/Grlz5Ee.png.
Here is also a video that explains all those -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Hello,

Those websites don’t use mobile theme + amp on the website and use the cloud templates.
Also, this one is not made with the theme -> https://www.carblogindia.com/

Thank you!

Anamaria

Hello,

Seems you use mobile theme; and you can’t edit the mobile theme with tagdiv Composer.
Also, the footer you can customize from Theme Panel-> Mobile Theme -> footer => https://i.imgur.com/7ABDfSe.png
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.

Thank you!
