in mobile it generates spaces that don’t exist, you give them 100% width and it doesn’t look good…..
Many problems with the configuration, I had to restore my other site due to many problems with its poor template.
The mobile view cannot edit the header because it asks that I have to use the cloud header template, where it does not EXIST……….

Hello,
I created a website with Flex Loop Filters and Flex Loop. Everything works fine. However, the website does not work properly as responsive on a mobile device and when I create a mobile website it does not copy the blocks (I checked the “copy” option). When I manually try to create a mobile page I get the same problem. The content escapes to the left and disappears. The articles on this page are CPT.

Hi, I have a very big problem!!!!
I have a homepage created. Google does not index the page because there is no mobile one. I’m getting this error when creating a mobile page. It doesn’t matter if it is copying the content or not. It’s still the same.
How to fix it? Message and screen below.
Errors at columns elements: 3(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
How do i make my mobile menu appear on mobile only? when I add my mobile menu, it appears on PC too even though the PC menu is already there.

Good morning everyone! After the update to WP 6.1 and Newspaper 12.1, the gallery does not work as before. In the editor it looks ok but in the preview/published the images in the gallery are stacked vertically instead of collaged or next to each other. It happens on both desktop and mobile. Anyone else run into this?
Here is an example, scroll down a few paragraphs: https://www.dryden.se/2022/11/kilimanjaro-dag-1-lemosho-gate-big-tree-camp/
Hi
Mobile menu is inactive, i don’t use AMP plugin nor the mobile theme plugin.
here is a screenshot:https://www.screencast.com/t/UQUDn2UF
Thanks in advance
Hi all,
I tried every possible solution and guide found online on how to increase newspaper pagespeed. Now, while my desktop score is great, my mobile score is not.
I tried using tagdiv mobile plugin and it increases my score but it messes up CLS to almost 0.9 seconds.
If anyone could help me in how to get mobile score better?
My site is: curiousmatrix.com
Never mind, i found out! It is the background in row of mobile phone header.
Hello,
Here is a video showing that on desktop, the menu works just fine while being sticky.
On mobile however it’s not sticky and when I click on sticky it despairs.
Link of the video : https://www.screencast.com/t/Zm2VzG1E6NZY
Hello,
The menu is sticky -> https://i.imgur.com/mpEGJD1.png
Please provide the screenshot if you have selected the menu sticky for mobile.
Thank you!
Hi @talachan,
Please use the Header live search or Search Form, not mobile search on the desktop.
The search works, but you set the mobile search on the desktop which is why looks like this -> https://i.imgur.com/TgLBFTp.png
Thank you!
A few days ago I updated my wordpress version to 6.1 and newspapper to 12.1
Since then the header menu dropdown stopped working for me in the PC version (the mobile version works fine). Do you know what could be the problem?
Hi,
Please check if you have the mobile theme plugin activated, if yes, please disable it.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
1. The design of the mobile menu cannot be modified, its documentation does not explain it well.
2. They fill with options to modify everything and none of them work
3. I need to take the LITTLE I made and install on another domain.
COULD YOU TELL ME HOW TO TAKE WHAT I CONFIGURE TO THE NEW DOMAIN?
I THINK I ALREADY ACTIVATED THE TEMPLATE TO MY CURRENT DOMAIN, WOULD THERE BE A PROBLEM WITH THE LICENSE?

Hello!
I can see that you use the Mobile theme plugin, so in your mobile version you do not have the same design. The mobile viewport can be seen in the TagDiv Composer. The mobile theme cannot be customized very much; you’ll find the settings in the theme panel -> Mobile theme.
Edit your single post cloud template, and you can change the color of that additional text: https://prnt.sc/Nd-bnUrGDYuC
Thank you!
Hi,
You can try to set the logo text and set your font for it https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
For logo size for desktop we recommend using 272 x 90px, and for mobile 140 x 48px
Thank you!
Hello,
You can create a mobile template with the content, and design it as you want.
To create the mobile page please check this article https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY (03:11 – Mobile Templates & Pages)
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
I have created the cloud templated for Desktop and Mobile. The site is loading perfectly with the desktop as intended. But when I open the same post on mobile, the responsive version of the theme is loading.
It is supposed to load the mobile cloud template that I created.
Are there any settings to load the Mobile Cloud Template for the mobile screen?
How do I stop loading the responsive version and switch to the cloud template?
I don’t see any special settings for this. I assume the Mobile Cloud Tempalte will load by default if I created one. Is this correct? Any place to turn this on/off?
I am seeing various errors in the error log

These all errors are related to Newspaper theme
Hi Anamaria, ok I understand I cannot change the mobile theme, unless very few options. And this is OK for me.
What I want to understand is: the mobile theme gets loaded only on mobile devices. If one user resized the Window on the desktop, he’ll see the responsive theme. What I want to understand is, to have the Responsive theme work correctly when the window gets resized, I should click on EVERY ROW/COLUMN/ELEMENT and edit all these four “viewport” options? Screen: https://imgur.com/a/NhzBKNl
If I don’t edit them, if I select something like Column -> Layout -> Width = 75%, it’ll be 75% also when the window is smaller, even if it doesn’t have sense of course. So, as far as I understood, it’s MANDATORY to MANUALLY set 75% on “Desktop Viewport”, 75% on “Landscape Viewport”, 100% on “Portrait Viewport”, 100% on “Mobile Viewport”. Is there any option to have this working automatically?
Hello,
You can create a mobile template with the content, and design it as you want.
To create the mobile page please check this article https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY (03:11 – Mobile Templates & Pages)
Thank you!
Hi,
You can’t edit the mobile theme. The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.
You can use cloud templates with AMP.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
You do not need to change the width, the layout will change for each device and you can only do a few changes to design the layout.
Thank you!
I’m setting up my website with the Living PRO template, but I see that the mobile templates were not installed. I tried to install them from the tagDiv cloud templates but unfortunately I couldn’t find a mobile template from the Living PRO template (i.e. with that style), do I have to design the mobile templates from scratch? Isn’t there a faster way to make the mobile templates using all the styles of the templates of the pages already created?
If this theme does not have mobile templates, then the truth is honestly that I am a bit disappointed in general with the Newspaper theme… I bought it because I wanted to set up the website quite quickly and because of the special mobile templates, and as far as I can see not all templates have these mobile templates, right?
Thank you in advance for the help.
Best regards,
Carlos
Hello, I try to explain again 🙂
I did setup the theme correctly for the PC Screen Resolution. I don’t understand how to work correctly with other resolutions. It seems like there’re two overlapping options:
1. Responsive default theme
2. Mobile theme
From what I understood, the mobile theme appears on devices that classify themselves, via the agent field, as mobile devices. The responsvie default theme on all the others. Am I right?
So, in order to have the website working on ALL screen resolution, I should edit:
1. The reponsive theme, to display the website correctly in case the user resize the Desktop Window of Google Chrome for example. For this one, I should click on EVERY ROW/COLUMN/ELEMENT and edit all these four options: https://imgur.com/a/NhzBKNl Editing all these FOUR options is MANDATORY, otherwise if I select something like Column -> Layout -> Width = 75%, it’ll be 75% also on mobile devices, even if it doesn’t have sense of course. So I should have 75% on “Desktop Viewport”, 75% on “Landscape Viewport”, 100% on “Portrait Viewport”, 100% on “Mobile Viewport”. Is there any option to have this working automatically?
2. The mobile theme, for mobile devices.
Am I right?
