Hello,

If you have a plugin for cache, please diable it clear all cache on the browser and check again if the mobile page will be displayed.
Also, please check if you have a cache plugin on the server.

Hello!

If you use Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with TagDiv Composer.
There are no settings to customize the pages.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme.
We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin with this configuration: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure
Clear the cache and it should display well on homepage.

If you can’t manage to configure that menu, then please make a full backup, send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin. Also, paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
Our team will take a look!

Thank you!

How do I change the popup content that appears when the menu button is pressed in mobile size?

I want to get rid of the login button and change the background image.

Hello!

When you install Mobile Theme plugin or AMP, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
AMP is faster and works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. The design is looking pretty similar as our plugin.
Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version or AMP.
If you deactivate the plugins, then the pages will automatically load how you’ve set up.

Thank you!

We have an issue with opening our pages on mobile phones where letters are not rendered properly.
You can find example on link below:
https://mina.news/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Screenshot-2021-09-08-at-19.54.12.png
After the page is refreshed it open properly, but we receive negative feed back from our visitors.
Our webpage is http://www.mina.news.
Thank for you support in advance.

Hi,
I have tried both of those and neither of them have done anything.

I believe yesterday the site was using the responsive version, today suddenly all pages except the home page are in mobile version. The home page seems to be stuck on responsive – is that correct?

How do I fix this?

I assume if the home page goes to mobile, I will get the same menu background as on the sub pages?

How do I change the mobile menu colour?

Note: if I go to my home page in tag-div composer, select Create Mobile Version, as soon as I do that, the whole site, even on desktop becomes a mobile version.

In the mobile AD area, can six images be exposed randomly rather than fixed?

Hi,

Seems you have the Mobile theme plugin activate
Usually, this problem is when the mobile theme is displaying on the desktop, then you have a cache conflict, the plugin for the cache that you are using do not recognize the mobile and desktop cache. We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, if you don’t want to use the mobile theme plugin, you can deactivate the plugin.

Thank you!

It is enable now as it was before. I don’t think it’s about “enable/disable mobile theme”. Because this issue happens automatically. Sometimes mobile theme error occurs out of nowhere.

I think it’s related with the plugin. Sometimes it seems to lose its function.

Everything looks normal now. Probably the same thing will happen again after a while.

Hello,

If you want to use a mobile theme on the homepage, please check if you don’t disable the mobile theme for that page https://i.imgur.com/bjTcq2R.png

Hello,

So I understand you use the mobile theme plugin?
In your situation, I would recommend using a mobile responsive version.
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY (

Hello!

If you are referring to the Mobile Theme plugin, then you can’t. It has its own templates and it is not customizable.
Check our documentation about Newsletter here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/

Thank you for understanding!

The layout is artificially broken when mobile + amp is enabled. I wonder how to solve it.

Hi there,

My mobile menu is transparent and I cannot get it to show correctly + once I click the menu button in the top left, I cannot unselect it, I must select an item. See here:
https://ibb.co/Rj14YJp

In addition, my Logo scales for my header as I check the various sizes but once I get to Minimum (phone) it no longer shows anything. I have chrome open and then slowly drag the window to get smaller, this scales the Logo as I have it set under Cloud Templates > Header > select logo > Image width. I used the 4 icons at the top (desktop, ipad, ipad landscape and Mobile) to set the scale sizes but at mobile it is just blank.
See here:
https://ibb.co/Sxnhz5K (Also does not work when not set to auto)

Thank you!

I just created a mobile page following the steps indicated and copying all content from the exiting desktop home page, but for some reason the resultant mobile page is using the default header image instead of the image I uploaded to the desktop. Meanwhile, I’m unable EDIT the header to fix this. I can edit every other element but this header (and menu).

Hi,
Is it possible to customize a Header Menu with Categories, Sub-categories and posts in the the Mobile Menu side bar?
When I refer the mobile menu I meant the menu icon that, on hover, displays a list of your Categories and Subcatories. I guess there’s no option for customize a mega menu there?

Examples:
https://snipboard.io/CNUkLS.jpg
https://snipboard.io/xRzroA.jpg

Example on a working site here: https://observador.pt/
https://snipboard.io/N8WBR5.jpg

If that option doesn’t come with the theme is it achieveble with a custom code implementation?

Thx
