Hi Calin,
Thanks for the reply. Yes, i managed to turn off the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin so it follow the desktop layout.
Here are some questions i would like to ask:
1. I would like to know how can i show my ads inside my post page on mobile & desktop? (currently the ad is only appear on index page). And on mobile, the 728×90 ad does not appear.
2. Inside my post page, the section above footer is not the same as on index page. I would like to change the layout to 3 columns same as index page (currently is 1 column, top down scroll)
Thank you.
Hi Calin. I can see how to “mobile horizonatal menu” add as another menu & row but how to add into the social menu row? So, I want the links white on black — to the left side of the row. Social media links stay right. I had this before in a previous design. https://prnt.sc/unewqx
Hi Calin,
Thanks for the reply. I was able to add the AMP content through the mobile editor in Gutenberg like you suggested. I’d definitely recommend that the devs add about/policy cloud templates in the future though. Check out my final amp versions (still need a bit o’ work though).

We are using Mobile Theme just for AMP (with transitional mode on AMP plugin). At the end of the articles the “related posts” section does not show any thumbnail.

Can anybody tell me remove or change mobile left menu background image?
hi,
i tryed to use updated amp plugin and i am not able to see the pics of the posts in mobile which i have enabled in theme panel setting. why is that? also footer page i have set and enabled as per the previous question, but on selecting footer it shows tagdiv page builder where i not am getting good template for footer. how to set a customised footer but in this case iwanted to show case all the categories in footer, but in mobile it is getting displayed ,but not in desktop. All suggest any plugin for amp ads where i can utilise for entire home page of 36 posts(where i can set ads after every 5 posts).my website is techjobs360.com.kindly help
Please make sure the mobile version includes sidebars and ads. Otherwise, what’s the point? We have to monetize these websites. This morning I am having trouble with feeds on Facebook but I am not sure yet if that is a Facebook issue or a Newspaper issue.
Hi Guys,
I am using Tagdiv mobile theme and layout is changed i understand but when i click on the post, featured image shows the caption, post title is not over the image and social icons are still showing. How can i fix or configure these settings.
yes, i edited it in mobile view only. but as soon as we check on live desktop view or in editor – desktop view, it shows double ad slots. that’s the problem.
Hi Guys,
I want to add Jetpack Subscription widget when using tagdiv mobile theme.
Is it possible, right now i cannot see my Subscription newsletter box i can see it when i open the site from PC.
Hello,
Different users are complaining that they sometimes see the mobile version on a normal desktop (big screens)
This happens only sometimes for no apparent reason.
Do you have an idea? Or could this have to do something with the changes you made in May (there was a mobile error)?
Thank you
Hi,
Usually the layout is different when you are using the mobile theme plugin, now is look that the mobile version is the same as desktop version.
If there are still some problems, let me know!
Thank you!
Hi,
You can set these social media using our guides from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ for Instagram you need to set an api key -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/ in this way you’ll be able to display the feeds. Unfortunately for the moment the number of follower in 90% is blocked, our developers need to find another way to provide this data, maybe will implement a new api.
Also please provide me a link where I can inspect your mobile menu too can see what can be the problem.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi andxtagdiv,
There will be soon a theme update that will bring some more improvements for mobile devices, I think that this can help you, unfortunately for the moment I do not know what news will be and how it will work, maybe will include this featured with Google Web Stories.
The update will be in October, hope in first week or at least in the second one.
Than you for your understanding!
Thanks Vlad,
Sorry but you did not answer below:
Official AMP Plugin for WordPress -> I have used the wizard to configure it and selected Standard instead of Transitional and Reader Mode. Which one should i use and whats the use of this plugin and what it actually does. ————–>>>> Still Pending
>> So it means Widgets won’t show if i use tagDiv Mobile theme ?
Hello !
1. The retina should not cause any performance issues.
2. I personally would go for the Mobile Theme + AMP option: Mobile+Amp – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on both mobiles and AMP
3. The mobile theme is a very light version of Newspaper Theme. Unfortunately many “features” will no more be available.
Thank you !
I’m glad that you could find a workaround, indeed there will be soon an update that will improve the mobile version and will have more options and features.
Thank you!
You have helped me a lot! Managed to customize everything thanks to your response. The only thing I haven`t managed to set is the social media counters for IG and FB, and another thing not working at the moment is my menu on mobile phone. You are a wonderful support! Thank you 🙂 <3
Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
Thank you !
Hi,
You can set there the Mobile horizontal menu using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/whtytk5.png -> https://i.imgur.com/vzJVstR.png
Hope this will help you!
Hi Support,
I would like to mention that i have issue with my mobile view. It is completely different look from my desktop view. Where can i change the setting appearance for my mobile to make it the same?
Here is my staging url: https://dev.orenda.co.id/vi/
Thank you.
Hi,
Here is an example for how is looking on mobile for me -> https://i.imgur.com/kVINVue.png -> https://i.imgur.com/HFUhQpi.png -> https://i.imgur.com/OCNY3YM.png I think that you want to have the same layout, for this you can set a different width for the element on each view-port.
Hope this will help!
I have chosen to ignore AMP and your Mobile Theme because for me, there are more disadvantages than advantages. But now Google Web Stories is at the horizon and it seems that I would love to use that for some of my original content.
Are you thinking about Google Web Stories and what that means for your (mobile) theme functions?

Hi,
unfortunately for the moment this can be done only if you hide the content per devices, but this is not a good practice because the page content will be very large.
There will be soon a theme update that will bring some improvements for mobile devices, I think that the mobile version should be more flexible after this theme update.
Thank you for your understanding!
