Hi,
The background color and image can be change using tagDiv Composer, select the header row and check the css tab -> https://i.imgur.com/qdhBMgr.png usually this option is use for almost all elements.
To have a header like in your old website it will be easier to import a cloud header like this one -> https://i.imgur.com/POqSljM.png (header template 12), use the right click to remove the elements you do not need -> https://i.imgur.com/UcKt7u2.png stretch the header row -> https://i.imgur.com/ph3P1u0.png remove the search and add the classic search -> https://i.imgur.com/VVc9q2i.png set the style -> https://i.imgur.com/eJ895sA.png -> https://i.imgur.com/XlOUder.png for socials you can add a new row above the logo -> https://i.imgur.com/eWLtlFD.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Ne9r0HX.png -> https://i.imgur.com/bbPbrv9.png -> https://i.imgur.com/nAsFQyA.png all you need to do is to adjust it a little and voila your old header.
For divider lines, and layout please check these topics -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/make-my-site-look-like-my-old-site/
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/jetback-subscription-widget-to-tagdiv-mobile-theme/
The gab is because you do not use a fix width, you are using the full size of screen, if this has a huge resolution it will appear gasps.
Thank you for you understanding!
Hi,
I do not quite understand, please be more clear also it will be easier if you can provide some screenshots or a link.
If you are using the mobile theme plugin the logo need to be set from here -> https://i.imgur.com/it85oA1.png using a standard header from here -> https://i.imgur.com/yPZElR6.png also if you are using a cloud header you can adjust it using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/2eaqJOE.png
Thank you for you understanding!
Hello. It is only happening in responsive mobile viewport for posts list (infinite or paginated). No issue on single post and no issues with any of the pages. We do not use the mobile theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
The mobile them plugin has only a single layout, unfortunately for the moment this can be edited only with the options from theme panel (make sure that tagDiv Standard pack is enable until you make these settings )-> https://i.imgur.com/nyhAUqd.png -> https://i.imgur.com/AjtPeRe.png
Unfortunately the post title can not be set over featured image on mobile theme plugin, sorry.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
I think that right now the Subscription Widget is set on desktop in a sidebar and the mobile theme plugin does not display theme, therefore you need to set the Subscription code in a page in mobile editor or in mobile theme footer content -> https://i.imgur.com/Fk0qiJf.png
Hope this will help you!
All images are the same size (150px-50px) but the elements are different sizes. Please tell the solution.

Hi Vlad
The site is live and can be seen here on mobile
https://tinystepsbabyclub.com/
I’d be grateful if you could add a little padding just below the Third Block and the ‘Join our baby Club’ banner image to make that white line gap a little bit larger.
Would that be ok?
Thanks

Hi,
Is look that on mobile theme plugin you have set this logo https://gkinmarathi.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/logo-150×90.png you can change it from here https://i.imgur.com/LViOrbv.png also for responsive version I see that you set this one -> https://i.imgur.com/0YAToIU.png that one is set from here -> https://i.imgur.com/oB1sQzz.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi, the problem is with the posts or pages? because if is with the pages, it can be from mobile theme plugin, when you are using this plugin you need to set the mobile page content in mobile editor, you can check more in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link where I can inspect it.
Thank you!
Hi jatin_makhija, if you want to use the amp plugin without mobile theme, then you need to use the “Reader” mode, only this one is working properly with our theme.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
1. If you are using standard post styles, you need to set the ads in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/besJ4xm.png and these will be display for mobile and desktop version.
2. This is a plugin conflict provided by WP Bakery plugin, if you care using a pro demo or cloud templates, please disable tagDiv Composer because these two plugins will not work correctly when are both enabled.
Thank you!
the LOGO IS GONE FROM MOBILE MENU – STAYS IN STICKY MOBILE MENU – CANNOT ADD THE LOGO TO THE USUAL MOBILE VIEW – HOW IS IT DOE? CANNOT COPY SHORT-CODE FROM MOBILE STICKY MENU!!!!!!1
No thats not the query. The Widget is not showing when using tagDiv mobile theme. Even if you use mailchimp etc. The question is how to show the widgets when using TagDiv theme.
Lets say calendar widget, ignore jetpack for an instance if its creating confusion.
Hello !
This is most likely because you will need to activate your thumbnail settings from Theme Panel – Blocks Settings – Thumbs on Modules / Blocks. The required ones as you can see in our guide too: https://www.screencast.com/t/7qip4qsf2tm are “265×198” and the “741×486”.
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
Thank you !
Thank you so much.
I have one more concern regarding my logo on mobile. It’s not coming well. please check screenshot
Hi,
If you are using mobile theme plugin, please make sure that these thumbs are enable in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/tJwYaS4.png
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link where I can inspect this problem.
Thank you!
Nevermind, it was adsense auto ads causing it. Maybe disabling adsense from modifying ad codes on mobile will help resolve the issue while still having auto ads on. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The in-content auto ads were the main cause of this issue, but it still happens with manually placed responsive ads.

Hello. Ever since I disabled the AMP plugin because of a constant reloading issue with non-AMP mobile version, the adsene ads in the non-AMP mobile version are showing up in their own separate window on posts that users have to scroll down to gradually reveal the ad in the separate window. The separate window says “advertisement” at the top and “scroll to continue” at the bottom. It’s cutting off a line of text in posts and killing my ad revenue.
Is adsense doing this or is it your mobile theme plugin? I don’t see a malware warning in my Cpanel Immunify 360 settings. I’ve just disabled adsense auto ads and from it modifying my mobile ad codes, could take up to an hour to reflect that on my site.
Please help if possible. Thank you.
What could be causing mobile version not to load/render posts on any phone or in chrome developer tools? The server is running nginx. No issue with apache/phpfm.
thanks!
Hi,
If you want you can have the sidebar on mobile version using the responsive version, also the ads can be display on mobile theme using these settings -> https://i.imgur.com/T1x3def.png
I’m sure that there will be more options and it will be more flexible.
As for the problems you are facing, if you want I can take a look to it, just let me know what is exactly the problem and provide me a link where I can inspect it.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can edit the logo, using use our guide from here -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo also make sure that you display the image or text -> https://i.imgur.com/Zs5shNm.png -> https://i.imgur.com/v3sEEu9.png -> https://i.imgur.com/XdXqH4B.png -> https://i.imgur.com/XdXqH4B.png on mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/wqNV6vE.png
Also you can use drag and drop to set the logo where you want, just make sure that the logo element and the navigation bar has the option inline enabled -> https://i.imgur.com/8YJeJc5.jpg
Thank you!
Hi,
When the mobile version is displaying on desktop, then the problem is from a cache plugin, because you are using the mobile theme plugin, the mobile layout will have a different design and most of the cache plugins do not recognize this and provide the mobile version for desktop. We recommend to use WP Super Cache plugin with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you want to have the same layout for mobile version, do not use the mobile theme plugin or use it but only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/rpyGetE.png
Thank you!
Hello !
Sorry for misunderstanding !
It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout.
The homepage is automatically changed to a layout containing a grid showing 3 featured posts and a latest articles section.
So unfortunately nothing that you have created on desktop will be rendered on Mobile theme.
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
