Hello, I have the same problem with author’s page
I use the “- Theme Template -” for the “Author template” setting (due to a known issue with Cloud templates and Molongui Authorship plugin) and it worked with version 11.2, but after the update it returns me a 404 page. If I switch back to 11.2 it works again.
I’ve checked and the Yoast setting about archives is ok

Please make sure that you have enabled the proper thumbs with these sizes in order to show the featured images properly, check this: https://www.screencast.com/t/N18dR3qZrh
After activating the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/
It seems that you use the Mobile theme plugin. Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. If you need a responsive version or mobile pages, then please deactivate the Mobile theme plugin and see the results!
Normally the code needs to be set in Newspaper -> Theme Panel -> Analytics JS in Head section: https://www.screencast.com/t/RU8q3h0dZ and the code will be set in the head of your website, after that, you should be able to see the analytics results on your google analytics account. If you can not handle to achieve this, then please specify in the email this issue too and we will have a look and help you efficiently.

Im editing a view that i got from a pre-built template but when i save the page y dont see the changes reflected unless y click “Edit with tagdiv composer” i can se the changes y made

I am using WPbakery on some of my webpages, mainly because I get errors when I try to switch to TagDiv Composer.
I was used to update the WPbakery plugin by using the zip file from the Newspaper template download from Themeforest. But in the latest download there is no longer a WPbakery zip in the plugin folder.
Did you stop providing updates for this page builder?
Hello, I have the newspaper template with the lifestyle pro theme and I want to change the META INFO BOX width and position at the home page slider through the TAGdiv and I can’t find any relative value.

When you access the tag page template, edit it with the TagDiv Composer and check if you will have some offset and limit for the posts : https://www.screencast.com/t/RngayAsrra
Let the offset field empty with no space, no value and see the results.

Hi guys,
I switched from NewsMag to Newspaper theme recently, which created a myriad of issues. I don’t really want to install the Standard pack if I don’t have to because it’s a legacy item, but after 10 hours of work, I managed to get the front page to look exactly as I wanted it to… and that’s great.
But, I edited the default cloud layout provided with the demo template I installed (Magazine Pro) for the category, and in tagdiv composer, it looks exactly how I want it to look, and I’ve saved it… but as soon as you try and load the page, it looks like the old one, before I edited it…
Go back into composer, and it looks like the new page… out of it, it’s the old page… I’ve forced cleared my cache and gone incognito/private, but to no avail.
Help… please… 🙂 I’m having wholesale issues with getting the posts to display right too, but that’s a whole other story… I had a layout that worked I thought (single_layout) but it won’t display the reviews, which is about 50% of our content. We can worry about that later.

Hi,
Blocks and Big Grid are part from the standard pack, are blocks that are not adjustable after the screen width also you do not have the possibility to edit the blocks in details. Now the Flexi Block and Big Grid Flex are the blocks that were added with cloud templates, those are adjustable on each width that you set on your pages or cloud templates, also you can full edit them with tagDiv Composer. Also you can check the documentation about those elements where are explain better the settings included:

We recommend to use flex blocks and grids, also in our latest demos we use only them so those pre-build website can be installed and used without tagDiv Standard pack and the entire website it is full customizable using the frontend editor (tagDiv Composer).

Do you think I create these videos of your theme failing for fun? No, I invested in your product because I want to use it as part of my business. I am in business to make money, and I don’t wish to waste time creating long and detailed questions for you to simply brush me to one side.
I have now installed your theme THREE TIMES so to get around your bad coding; this means that I have started from scratch, from the very beginning, three times.
I haven’t even gone live yet, and I purchased your Newspaper theme in August!
The penultimate time I had to start again was because you did NOT answer my question that I had asked about SEVERAL TIMES; I was not able to save or delete an element in the element sidebar. I showed you in a video (twice), but you didn’t provide an answer. Again, I do not make these videos for fun. You tried to answer, but it was completely out of context, and I felt brushed to one side because I think you are too lazy to answer in depth and/or you didn’t have a fix (probably both!).
Another VERY important issue that you still did not answer correctly was how to use one of your cloud templates. Yes, your example looks nice, but you failed to show me exactly how to edit the same template so it is published correctly. Your answer was complete and utter rubbish. I asked for a quick video to show me, but no, your laziness and lack or understanding stopped you.
I paid for support, and I expect decent answers from you, not avoidance. Do you understand?
I have avoided not contacting you since I read your reply one week ago, but I feel I shouldn’t have to avoid my supplier whom I paid good money to, for their product AND included support. You have caused much stress with your lack of helpful answers, and that has affected my time and bottom line, profits. Again, I am in business. Please point me to the page which refers to Critical Errors. I showed you two videos of ONLY tagDiv plugins active and another video with ALL plugins inactive, but when I activated tagDiv Composer (in both videos), I got a critical error message. This points to your theme because the website worked fine without that one plugin.
I am not far off leaving a review on Theme Forest.

I see that the Theme Panel / Layout Settings section allows you to specify a Cloud Template for a Archive template, or a couple other types of pages.
How can we set a Cloud Template for an archive page *only* for a specific custom page type archive or custom taxonomy archive? If this cannot be done in the UI, can this be done in code?

Question: could you explain that tdcomposer is Backend Editor for Template – why those files are visible on FrontEnd and delay page run?
Why those internal admin files are need to be for Front-End?
I use WP supercache according to your recommendation before, but those delays provide extra long page run.

If you use default template, then make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active. Also, check if there is a plugin conflict or not, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

I have upgradet the theme a few days ago. SInce that I am not able to edit homepage via TagDiv builder. When I do this, I see a followig 500 error message: “Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
It was no problem before and also other pages, as Post view, or category view I am able to edit normally.
Could you please help me with this?

It looks like it’s been disabled and is using the Rank Math Pro schemas. I’ve just been having problems with the mobile menu button not working and it looks like a standard pack code is included where the schema shows up, it’s the part of code where the menu button is.

Help!!! I have uploaded a different Newspaper template and when I try and edit the front page using TAGDIV Composer all I get is a white screen. I have removed WP Bakery and still I cannot edit my front page. I have read that a page that was created using another composer can not be edited by TAGDIV Composer, if this is true then how can I transition? But first I need to jump the hurdle that is the white screen so I can start editing. Please help. Note that all my plugins are up to date including AMP.

Also, if you created a mobile page, please make sure you don’t have the mobile theme plugin activate.

Hello,
On a specific page of my new website, I got a Posts Loop 2 that keeps loading the same posts over and over.

I tried to change the pagination type (infinite load, etc.) but they all have that issue.
There’s just “Normal numbered” that behaves differently (which is another issue).
On that one, only the 1st page works as intended. As soon as I load another page, it leads to an empty page with only the header navigation and footer on it.
Note that it’s a page a created from scratch and not a template or something, and that it’s filtered to display all the posts no matter the category or anything (so yes, there’s is plenty of posts to display other than those that are loaded again and again)
On the other hand, all the template pages I got that uses the Posts Loop 2 work fine.
Those don’t have neither the 1st (same posts loading) or 2nd (normal numbered loading nothing on other pages) issues.

Any idea what is wrong with that loop ?
Note that everything is up to date on the website (plugins, theme, WP,…).

Yes, this is the element and it was fixed on all templates.
However, the problem is with the main store template:
It is in this subpage that it shows that there is a picture from http named “xxx_bg_xxx.jpg”.
If I go to the source of the page on the main page of the store and look for the name, there is such an image added in the css.
However, it cannot be found in the template to be changed to https or deleted.
Hi – as far as I understand it, I have to be on a product page and choose the ‘Cloud’ button to find a template and import it. My problem is that when I click on the ‘Cloud’ button to choose a template, nothing happens. So I’m not sure how I can import a product template without being on a product page.
Hello, I’ve probably a problem of compatibility with in my wordpress installation :
Website display works good on desktops and Laptops.
Concerning mobiles, there is a problem apparently with the AMP display for the newspaper theme.
Maybe it comes from the template itself, from from a conflict with other plugins or from something else. I don’t know…
I’ve installed properly AMP with the wizard, following your documentation, AMP Plugin Tab appears in my WordPress Admin Menu and I can configurate it normally.
The mobile page is good displayed without AMP. With AMP, it doesn’t work good !
Maybe, there are other problems – I don’t know really.
Anyway, it’s impossible to select the tab option MOBILE + AMP in the theme Administration – Theme Panel – Mobile Theme.

Thanks for your help in finding this picture, unfortunately there is another one that is loaded via http and I have to change it to https. However, the image is probably on the main page of the store and in the source code, but I can’t find it in the template.
