Hello!
In our theme, you can create different templates or duplicate and change the menu for each category and assign them in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Categories.
Please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/different-logo-in-categorypage/
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hi,
If you are using the single template 8 (a standard post template), then you can use only the mobile theme for mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Or you can choose a single post template from cloud and for mobile you can make a mobile template that can be edited using tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
So I created a woocommerce single product cloud template. When entering a short code in the short description area in the woommerce product page it does not work. Below is a print screen shot.

Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked your website and you are using the mobile theme plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/LmMthQA.png
Please allow me to inform you about all mobile versions that our theme can have.
1. Responsive version, this is by default when you install the theme and you do not use mobile page or mobile theme plugin.
2. Mobile page/template this allows you to create with tagDiv Composer and cloud a different layout and set different elements for mobile and iPad/tablet and it will overwrite the responsive version.
3. Mobile theme plugin, this is a light theme version for mobile that will overwrite the mobile page and responsive version if enabled.
So when you have a mobile page/template this will be used instead of a responsive version, but if you also have the mobile theme enabled, this one will override both of them.
How to combine them? Yes, this can be possible, for example the mobile page/template will apply only on that page or cloud template that is assigned. But what to do if you want to use a mobile theme plugin too? If you use mobile theme, in Gutenberg editor it is an option to disable the mobile theme in current post/page, if you use the option, then it will be use the mobile page/template (if is assigned) or the responsive version.
So in your case you can disable the mobile theme on the homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/NX57q4t.png or if you do not want it at all, disable the plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/Grlz5Ee.png.
Here is also a video that explains all those -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Hope this will help you!
Hello,
In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 6(models): 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
For this error, you can check our guide from here at point 5 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ also after trying the steps from our guide you do not solve the issue, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin login, as well as cPanel and credentials. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Also, please make a full backup to all files and database.
Please try not to reply multiple times in the topic if possible, will only make it harder for us to reply to it.
Thank you!
We are not using mobile page template.
And its only for english language and only for given page.
Hi moaaa11, in your screenshots you indicate the settings for standard templates from tagDiv Standard pack plugin. Please notice that in case that you use a pro, then you need to edit it with tagDiv composer the cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library to add or remove those elements -> https://i.imgur.com/vfsCRGw.png -> https://i.imgur.com/cSPjw1m.png
I hope this will help you better!
Hi Photoboy, I see that you have a very good score on desktop -> https://i.imgur.com/iHuc5ml.png on mobile I see that you need some more improvements, for most of users the mobile page template is making the difference, if you want you can make a test with it, also on it will be also apply the critical css from tagDiv Analyzer too.
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
Do you use the mobile page template or the responsive version. If is the mobile page template is possible that on that page to do not have the mobile footer template set.
Also this problem is only for that page and only on that language?
Thank you!
Hi ashish252,
If I understand correctly, you are using a pro demo, therefore you have cloud templates, those are a complicate to set with ACF, you need to edit the file that contains an element from your category or archive page , for example for single post template, if I’m right you edited the tdb_single_current_post element, now if you want the same custom files to be display for entire website, you can set it on tdb_title element -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/common/tdb_title.php
If this is not what you mean, please let me know!
Hi Sheik,
Usually, this this text is set in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/M8Lu08K.png and for standard headers can be remove by setting a blank space, also for pro demos that use cloud templates, you can edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer, click on the logo and check those options https://i.imgur.com/aEbpcli.jpg also if you have the default pro demo, the logo image contains the tagline.
I hope this will help you!
Hello, @lawtrend
I made a test and seems your mobile is friendly => https://www.screencast.com/t/Mhu7vgJvJGzE -> https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly?id=wTs2evDGhFyxOw5NQc2Z2g
but if the problem persists, you can use mobile page or mobile theme plugin.

Thank you!
the header template is not showing on the home page on a mobile device. I had edited it and that looks perfect at template but when I try to put it on the home page that was disappeared Now that’s not even showing at template editor. please help me
Hello,
So, I understand you have created a mobile page, right?
For this please make sure you set it => https://www.screencast.com/t/bYroSq7x8T9, also, the header and footer are taken from the standard ones. All you have to do is edit the mobile page, and in Manager (Website Manager) you need to import or the easy way is to convert the existent footer like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY (03:11 – Mobile Templates & Pages)
Thank you!
Hi jayaaditya,
The mobile and amp version is different because you are using the mobile theme plugin layout, also you are using the amp redirect for mobiles -> https://i.imgur.com/NBRvZgu.png
First, I want to make sure that I was able to inform you of all details about the mobile versions that our theme can have.
The amp plugin has for the moment support only with mobile theme plugin.
Hello,
The Mobile Theme is a light version for mobile that will provide a better speed, but the page content is made without builders (tagdiv composer) in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/tza7Da7E7DfJ and this content will be displayed on mobile theme. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Whether if we are using this WOO LOOP component for “related products” on a woocommerce single product cloud template or on any other page this option should be available for all device views because of the layout changes that take place when viewing on different devices. Please advise for a temporary workaround.
Thank you!
Hello,
I want to show the custom fields for posts to appear under post title in the category or archive page view. How can i achieve this?
**
1. How can i get the category ID on the archive/category page template, so that i can list the posts and custom fields on the front end through a php code. None of the avaialble codes on wordpress codex worked for me?
2. Or else what code to get the ACF custom fields by hardcoding the tdb_module_loop.php
None of the avaialble codes on wordpress codex worked for me? I am able to retrieve the custom fields on single post template but not on archive pages?
link to my single post page

I want to display 4 options under the title.
Hi,
Same issue.
System Status
PHP Version: 7.4.3
WP Memory Limit: 256 MB
PHP Execution Time: 300
PHP Max Input Vars: 5000
Theme is registered. The templates have loaded on a couple of occasions but the page times out at 50 seconds 90% of the time.
Thx
Hello!
If you use a cloud template(your case), then you can edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Otherwise, if you use a default template, then you should make the changes in Theme panel.
I hope it is more understandable now!
Thank you!
My activity of setting up the theme for my new website has been paused because I couldn’t find the homepage template template among Cloud Templates. Is there any solution?
Do I need to enable autoloading in the template settings if it is already enabled in the page builder? https://prnt.sc/17ujkfu
Hello!
If you need a PRO/cloud template, you should use TagDiv Composer plugin.
Do not use both page builders on the same time.
For the moment, the only solution is to shift from WPBakery to Composer. Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
Thank you!
Hello!
In order to edit a page/post with TagDiv Composer you need to use a PRO/cloud template and not a default one. For more information about TagDiv Composer, please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Try to do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
