Hello!

If you are using the Newspaper Pro demo which has cloud templates for posts, categories, etc, then the modifications made in the theme fonts section of the theme panel will not be applied on these templates.
The solution for your problem is to edit a post with TagDiv Composer, select the element called Page Title and modify the font down there. When you modify a post like that, all your posts using that template will reflect the changes.

Thank you!

Hello!

This link which you provide me is not working.
There are 2 options here:
1. If you want to set up an URL and you use the default footer templates, then you can access Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Social Networks -> Social Networks and find the Twitter section and paste your URL there.
2. Or if you use cloud templates, then go to your front page, edit it with TagDiv Composer, go to the footer section, find the social element, edit it and there you can find out the Twitter label and paste your URL there.
I hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hello!

Please provide me also a link to your website page to investigate the problem and help you.
First make sure that you still have posts in category you mentioned.
If you use cloud templates for category , then the solution can be just a simple setting.

Thank you!

Hi Jukey123, normal the sidebar from desktop version should be set on responsive version (mobile) after the end of post content.
After some investigations I found this css -> https://i.imgur.com/Sif8UOR.png that is set the sidebar to the left. Did you made some changes to the single poste template with tagDiv Composer? Because is possible to be some custom settings that are apply on mobile version too. To see if this is, please get a new single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library and set it on posts to see if those are still displaying the sidebar on mobile.
Let us know the results!

Hi, in https://hispanicla.com I am using the search box (search template – tagdiv) for the authors (around 300) and their followers to look for their posts. I am using the latest update of Newspaper.
But when I imput the name of any author I only receive a fraction of the posts they authored. Actually most posts do not appear in the result.
I tried importing the search template from Magazine Pro using the Cloud Templates but I got the same result (in a very nice page, etc.).
Is there a way to get all the results?
Thank you!

Hi,
I’ve made a mobile page using cloud template – Magazine Pro
Using TagDiv Composer (and cloud template), I’ve made a mobile page for my Home Page (with Header: Video News).
All works perfectly on Home Page, but the Header does not appear on the whole site – for example, on the articles, there is the Header version of the responsive website.

How can I make the Home Page Header appear on the whole site and not only on the Home Page?

Thank you for your help !

Hi m.wilhard,
This can be very easy achieve if you are using cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Composer. For example you can use a single post template -> https://i.imgur.com/TslFX9R.png then set the newsletter -> https://i.imgur.com/m5KVn8w.png
Or you can set the code that you set normally in Newsletter plugin in appearance > widgets in a text widget in text tab -> https://i.imgur.com/b9yLukt.png in this way you can use it in the classics way.
Hope this will help you!

Hello !

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC

You are now able to create mobile viewport templates as you can see in our guide here: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

! Atention ! If you are using mobile templates you will have to remove the mobile theme plugin and also at the moment AMP is not working with mobile templates.

Please note that at the moment the Support team is not 24/7 available. We answer the topics from Latest to Newest Monday – Friday from 08:00AM to 05:00PM GMT+2

Thank you !

Hi,

my blog is tospitakimou.gr. I have an issue with AMP pages.

1) I temporarily disabled mobile theme plugin in order to use the responsive template and easier place ads on the sizes I want via the Template Panel.
2) Cleared Site Cache (WP-Rocket) + Cloudflare Cache + Browser Cache
3) AMP Pages show no pictures and a CSS Live Editor box pops up

You may see the screenshot: https://imgur.com/Ub7zJ7L

I also tried to change the AMP plugin settings from Transitional to Standard but with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,
Please do not replay multiple times in topic, will only delay the time until you get the answer, we answer in topics from oldest to newest.
I see that you are using a pro demo -> https://i.imgur.com/PElAm9T.png those are made using tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library , therefore if you want to edit the header you can do this by editing the homepage or any page/template with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/rP5h5LW.png and select the elements from header that you want to edit -> https://i.imgur.com/QdVe3Mj.png also those pro demos has set the ads using tagDiv Composer in ad box element -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-ad-spots/ ; the ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png

Last 2 months I’m trying to solve some SEO issues

On my google sitelinks there are some pages that are generic by template (I think), and their text, i found on this page :

https://www.svijetsigurnosti.com/category/svijet-sigurnosti/
there is a tag :
<div id=”td-forgot-pass-div” class=”td-login-form-div td-display-none”>
<div class=”td-login-panel-title”>Password recovery</div>
<div class=”td-login-panel-descr”>Recover your password</div>
<div class=”td_display_err”></div>
<div class=”td-login-inputs”><input class=”td-login-input” type=”text” name=”forgot_email” id=”forgot_email” value=”” required><label>your email</label></div>
<input type=”button” name=”forgot_button” id=”forgot_button” class=”wpb_button btn td-login-button” value=”Send My Password”>
<div class=”td-login-info-text”>A password will be e-mailed to you.</div>
</div>

And google see it like meta description

How to handle this and how to remove this tag

Please need help with this

Hello!

You can easily edit your mobile page with Website Manager and you can import header and footer like in these instructions :

For header check this https://www.screencast.com/t/s6dO0v4p
Also for footer check this https://www.screencast.com/t/b55LP3XetMv

Please try and let us know about your results!

Unfortunately, for now, you can only import blank templates and you have to add your own content. In the future we will provide more default templates and also the possibility to convert desktop templates into mobile templates.

Thank you!

Hi,
The sidebar can be add per category in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/qGp8S9h.png unfortunately the the sidebar per tag can not be set individual only global -> https://i.imgur.com/8GaygO1.png&gt; also the Newsmag theme do not have any option to can set a different header per specific pages, sorry.
What you need it can be achieve using a custom code. You can get some more details about how to do this from this article:
-> https://blog.templatetoaster.com/wordpress-custom-header-per-page/
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!

You said “Each template that is assigned can be edited directly from frontend”. I think it’s not true, because when I try to edit my mobile page template by this way, I can edit only the content part. Header and footer of mobile page are unable to edit them directly from TagDiv Composer.

So my problem still exists. I would like to edit footer template of mobile page. You said it can be done only from frontend. And like I just said, in case of mobile page it can’t be done this way.

I pulled in a cloud header template called “podcast”.

I went to edit the template in TagDiv Composer and clicked on Manager then I enabled sticky header via the “Enable/disable sticky menu” option and clicked save.

I’ve done this several times but the top bar menu is not sticky no matter what page I’m on.

Hi,
When this message appear “ Error at zones: 13(models) : 9(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
We have a guide for how investigate this problem and fix it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ also after trying the steps from our guide you do not get any good results, you can contact use via email and we can investigate the problem on your website.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Let me know the results!
Thanks you!

Hi,
When the theme panel are not apply, you are using a pro demo, those can be edited only tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/dNzfeAg.png use the right click to remove the elements you do not want to have in your single post template -> https://i.imgur.com/1gAnLJW.png- > https://i.imgur.com/xCG0Z8h.png -> https://i.imgur.com/DbnIZ3N.png
If the problem persists, please provide a link where I can inspect the elements that you want to remove.
Thank you!

Hi lfowle521
, if the settings from theme panel are not apply, then you are using a pro demo, this can be edited using tagDiv Composer -> use the right click to remove the elements you do not want to have in your single post template -> https://i.imgur.com/1gAnLJW.png- > https://i.imgur.com/xCG0Z8h.png
The font can be change by selecting the element and in general tab or style tab you can set the fonts -> https://i.imgur.com/Q5jKCVA.jpg also using the manager you can see what fonts do you have on that page or template -> https://i.imgur.com/55UMHqU.jpg from there you can go on that element or you can change the font directly in manager.
Hope this will help you!

Hi mnhpias,
If you have the “more from author” and “Related Articles” in a tab like this -> https://i.imgur.com/ZuIs8Y1.png then you are using standard -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/ therefore in theme is only one option that is disable both options -> https://i.imgur.com/M8bUmQu.png if you want to keep those templates the only way to remove the “more from author” tab is to use a custom css like this one:
.single .td-related-right{
display: none;
}

This code need to be set in theme panel> custom code> custom css.
Also the comment box can be set in other place only if you edit the post template file that you are using, for example if you are using single post template 1 -> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/single/loop-single-1.php and single_template_1.php

As an alternative (personally I recommend this) you can use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library that can be edited using tagDiv Composer and you can set the elements where you want and you can use only the “Related Articles” section.
Thank you!
