Please notice that the single post templates can be assigned only on posts, the pages have these templates -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/ and these can be edited with tagDiv Composer or you can import theme from tagDiv Cloud Library.

I’m having trouble with the Pulses Pro templates, specifically the Single Page and Categories templates. These templates display correctly in the tagDiv Composer, with all the columns in the right places. But when I view the live site, the columns are all full width. What’s even weirder is that the live preview of the templates works correctly.
For example on the preview/demo of the Single Page template for Pulses Pro, the Must Read column is on the left hand side of the scree, with the page content next to it in the middle of the page, and then a sticky Latest Articles column on the right of the screen.
On my site the stick Latest Articles column on the right works okay, but the Must Read column takes up the rest of the width of the page and the page content appears below it. I haven’t made any changes to the template, and the layout works perfectly in the actual tagDiv Composer!

You will have to use a post template from the cloud library as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/ ; Using cloud library you will be able to edit the templates fully with tagDiv Composer and you can remove the featured image element as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/o4I1cZXfef2m

Using tagDiv Cloud library you can set templates for the entire website. So if you want to have different headers you can set from tagDiv Cloud Library a different header on each page or template, all you need to do is to edit the page-> https://i.imgur.com/FffBgaQ.png/templates -> https://i.imgur.com/DaDNH1f.png with tagDiv Composer, click on the manager and choose the header -> https://i.imgur.com/pRRpw5k.png

Please check to see if you are not using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, on the cloud templates the settings from theme panel will not apply, only on standard templates, the single post template can be edited with tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/t9vUx7l.png

The post loop can not be filter manually after the categories, all you can do is to sort the posts and remove the post that you do not want in post loop -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rs7JsOot
The “Posts loop” element will be filter automatic in function of the templates/pages, if you set it on homepage this will show all the categories and posts; if will be set in a category template and for example this will be set on a specific category, when you’ll check it only the the posts from that category will be display.

Yes, you can build or set premade category templates from tagDiv Cloud Library, these can be edited using tagDiv Composer
Yes, you can use the above solution, but this will be overwrite when you’ll make an update, what you can do is to use a child theme and set these change in it.

When scrolling down on my homepage (using “Animals” template for Newspaper) the page gets “stuck” temporarily and won’t scroll past a certain point. Is this a common issue? If so how do I trouble shoot. My VPS meets the system requirements.

What you can do to solve the problem is to use a custom css to hide the share from the footer page

}
The code need to be set in theme panel > custom code> custom css

Please not that you can use only on post loop on the page or template, if you set more the settings from the last loop will overwrite the settings for the rest of the post loop, what you can do is to use only on post loop and some flex blocks.

I read in the doc and just realized yesterday night it is possible to build our own categories templates using the cloud and importing blank template.
I didn’t know this was possible but this is brilliant !
This is more than enough for me to not having to create 301 redirect for each category page.
Nevertheless is it still possible to delete categories tags and author tags using solutions you provided to me ?
What about theme updates ? Do they overwrite those codes edition once updated ?

Updated to v10.3 however now I can’t import template or section from cloud into my homepage. Also won’t upload photos and shows this error message: Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
when editing with TD Composer.

Update – pagination was just a matter of changing the pagination setting in the template.
The other issue with the home page load – ill do some testing wrt plugins
I have updated the Newspaper theme from 9.6.1 to 10.3. I have to say, what a mess this has been. Just about all the settings were wiped out. Still have my posts and menus but things like logos, footer text all had to be redone. I still have a problem with Nextgen Galley not showing up on any pages. I have checked everything and everything “should” be showing. Same thing is happening with Smart Slider. Nothing shows. Tried adding the code to the templates and nothing. cleared all cache on the site and locally and nothing. Been messing with this for 2 days and no luck. Any ideas?
With several short-code plugins I tried to display a custom field that I created for user profiles.
It does display the field but only from the same id (ID.1 which is my admin ID).
This is the PHP code within the shortcode: <?php echo get_the_author_meta(‘gallery’); ?>
I received a response from your support that I should try a different short-code plugin but all give the same result.
I use a cloud template. Would it be possible to pay you to fix this for me as I am already spending days to find a solution.
The goal is to show a gallery on each author page.

I removed with rev slider in the Cloud Templates > Header and only added Rev Slider to Home Page from Pages > Home Page.
Yet, the rev slider is still showing up in every page and even on the Cloud Template > Header. Its strange because I added the revslider to the page and not the header. Could you please help me?
