So I noticed yesterday that my cloud templates are showing up in Google. Then today I got an error message via Google Search Console saying:
“Duplicate without user-selected canonical” pointing to https://vrnation.tv/tdb_templates/animated-shorts/
I have Yoast installed, so I went to the advanced settings and pointed the canonical address of the template to the main page, but I’m wondering about some of the other advanced settings.
Are these settings correct for the cloud template? I’m not sure if this will effect the search results of the actual page. In this example, the template permalink is https://vrnation.tv/tdb_templates/animated-shorts/

You will have to add a Single post template from the cloud library. Demos and templates from Cloud library are fully editable using the tagDiv Composer. Find out how to install a single post template here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

- I can’t see the submenu pages in the menu;

Please notice that the tagDiv Composer is a builder for pages and templates only, not for post, only for post templates.
The only way to swap to Newspaper theme is to ask a refund for the Newsmag theme and buy the Newspaper theme.

We are in the process of having our site (https://monimmeuble.com) evolving from 9.0 to 9.8.
One of our problems is dealing with the categories template.
– First on page https://monimmeuble.com/actualites/theme/immobilier you can see the subcategories under the Category tittle and you can click on them. But next category https://monimmeuble.com/actualites/theme/Construction-travaux the links with the subcategories are not working ?
– Second, the class=”td-category-title-holder” is huge and covers the top of the content. We tried differents CSS tricks but none have worked ?

Please notice that there are only pre-built template of tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library the visual composer is just an alternative plugin in our theme.

I have not seen any pre-built landing page for my affiliate site and I want to see whether there is any landing page on visual composer or not.

For instance I have a header style type 4 in Cloud Templates, which I can set as the Cloud Library Template. But when I go to Cloud Templates and edit the template with Tagdiv Composer, I cannot bring up the mega menu tab, or change anything at all about the header. If I click anywhere on the header, it just opens the homepage in a new tab.

I think that you are referring to mega menu with sub-categories, for this you’ll need to have set in Appearance > Menu in menu a category with subcategories ( also those subcategories need to be assigned to some posts ). -> http://prntscr.com/oxmh2x -> http://prntscr.com/oxmhhr
If I’m right those are two different header templates, if you want to have the same header template on all website you can set it in Theme panel> Header -> http://prntscr.com/oxme8c also notice that if you have some header template set on specific pages or templates this will overwrite the general header on the page/template.

Please notice that the name of the template will not show on the frontend page, this is visible only in source page and backend.
Please provide some screenshots with the things/elements that you want to change on your homepage/startpage, in this way will be more easy for me to identify the element and help you!

It could also mean that the page contains elements that are not part of the tagDiv composer, or the page has been built with with a different method, this can create problems.
For this problem “Errors at columns elements: 2(models) : 1(dom)” please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

I have recently encountered that the hcard entry is not showing in the TagDiv Cloud Single-Template.
I am not getting any error in the Google Structured Data Testing Tool.
Although I need to know, does it is required to present there as It is showing up in the Newspaper default single template.
How does Google see a post page that doesn’t contain the hcard structured data entry?
If possible, please let me know, How to put hcard entry in my post page structured data mark up (in tag div cloud single template).
Note: I have already installed Yoast SEO Premium that also marks up the structured data and has removed the duplicate structured data mark up.

Hello guys,
I just switched the newspaper theme from staging to my live website and I’m trying to make the changes now. Most of the times when I go to change something I get the notice “The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer”. So far I didn’t get any error on my editing, but wanted to know what does that means. Is that because I imported the pages from the staging site? Should I rebuild the pages adding a new template from the Cloud?
I also got the error message: Errors at columns elements: 2(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match content…
Let me know please if there is anything I should do to avoid problems or redoing the work I am doing now.

We would like to use 2 fonts only: Roboto and Roboto Condensed, with weights 300, 400 (default) and 600. I went through Theme Fonts setting and ensured there are only Roboto/Roboto Condensed. I’ve also checked options of all elements on pages and templates. But inspecting live pages I see the full list of Open Sans and Roboto weights and styles loaded, and plus Verdana sometimes.
I’ve added body, p, html { font-family: ‘Roboto’; } but it didn’t help. How can I disable fonts and styles which we do not use, and prevent them to be loaded?

All you need to do is to set in theme panel the header cloud to no template -> http://prntscr.com/owlzzh also if you have set the header individual to a page or category page or a single post template, you’ll need to edit them using TD Composer and set the Global template -> http://prntscr.com/owm0pc ( or you can simply delete the header template if you do not more need it ).

If you want to use the Custom Post Type please notice that will be better if you’ll use a child theme, in this way, if you’ll make a theme update the changes will not be lost.
Please notice that the ingle-job_listings.php can not be customize using tagDiv Composer or tagDiv Cloud Library, this need to be customize using code
Also all those files was moved in tagDiv Composer plugin in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/single/single_template_1.php

Hi,
I want to create a different and customize post page template for a custom post type.
So in my website I have 2 post types:
- Normal post articles, which inherit their theme from single.php on which I applied the fast demo theme.
- Another post template for job listings, which inherit their theme from single-job_listings.php which I created by copying/pasting the single.php
I can modify the template from single.php in the cloud templates but I cannot see or do not know how to customize/edit the single-job_listings.php file.
Also, I cannot find the single template files in the theme directory as mentioned in the post here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to your response!

I tried the way you told me but Templates that are present in Cloud Library are different form templates that actually use.
And i have to modify each one to reach client needings. Yesterday i tried but TagDiv Composer it’s not in my strings.
15 minutes tryng to set one template (without result) and i have to do repeat this 6 times: posts archive, category, tag, pages and search page
Never mind. Will not use news ticker and TagDiv pages on the site.

You will have to go into Dashboard – Cloud Library. Search for the templates you want.
Single for Post Template
Category for Category pages.
Import each one, and add the News Ticker from the tagDiv Composer.
After that assign each template to the specific category / post.
