1) I think you’re confirming for me that when the button says “create page” the result is a page in the Pages list, not a template in the “cloud template” list. For example, when I download the Category template 22-Nomad and click on the button, which in that case says “create template”, it ends up in the “cloud template”list and I presume you can use that in creating other pages. By going through the same process with the Contact – nature love template, the button says “create page” and the result ends up as an actual page in the Page list. If that’s the way it’s supposed to work, then I’m good. I am just trying to understand the design intent.
2) I’m good on this one — it’s my photographer mentality. I actually created a pic at 1200 X 648 pixels in an attempt to ensure the subject’s face was in the center of the image area — but then I realized that I totally negated the parallax effect by doing that. Live and learn. So I totally understand this one now. Thanks…
3) In this case, the tagDiv Composer is working. I can set and move blocks around and make changes in the General, filter and other tabs. The only part that doesn’t work is when I am on my Contact page in tagDiv Composer — I click on the form and the proper left-hand controls appear, then I click on the black EDIT CONTENT button and the pop up window appears so I can edit the form short-code. That’s the part that won’t load. The field never appears that allows me to change the form shortcode. The circle just keeps on circling… Does that make sense?
Another question about this. I want the site to be full width. How do I achieve this without the Cloud Library? Because I want to add an additional text field in the category page template, but you said I shouldn’t edit the Cloud Library templates. I want to stetch the rows and have 1400 px content.

I can’t seem to make head nor tail of tagDiv Composer… I understand you’re supposed to be able to create full width rows using it, but for some reason I can’t get it to work properly. I’ve tried the different ‘stretch row’ settings, but it won’t stretch beyond the width of the site. I thought I’d try WPBakery, but I get the same result – I can set the setting, but it doesn’t make a difference in the Composer view or on the live pages. The only way I can get a full width row, is via the Gutenberg Blocks Builder, using a plugin.
I did manage to create a full width footer page, which I’ve set via the Theme panel. The only way I could get this to work as full width, was to import and customise one of the footer templates. It shows as full width on pages, but still doesn’t show as full width in tagDiv Composer. Not a problem, as long as it displays correctly. However, as of yesterday, the sub-footer (1 row, 2 columns, aligned left and right) is now displaying as 2 rows stacked – it’s overriding the .td-pb-span6 (50%) setting. I looked at the footer page in tagDiv Composer yesterday (when trying to replicate the stretch settings), but didn’t change anything or re-save it. The footer/sub-footer display correctly in composer, so have no idea why it’s showing as broken on all pages…except one.
I tried re-saving the footer page (without making any changes), but that hasn’t made any difference and I can’t see anything special about the one page where the sub-footer is showing correctly – even the sample page which came with the theme and that I haven’t touch, is showing the broken sub-footer now. To confuse things further, having re-saved the footer page and it making no difference to existing pages, I created a new page in tagDiv Composer (just a client, inline text and a couple of empty space elements), just to see the result. NOW the sub-footer in Composer is broken, but displays fine on the actual page…
What’s going on?? 🙁 Unfortunately I can’t share a live link, as I’m working locally, but if you tell me what info you need, I should be able to find it and report back/provide a screen grab.

Also our developers are working for a new version of the Newspaper theme that will be more light and faster, is possible that in this moment our theme to be a lite big because have a lots of features on two planes ( default and cloud ), I think that in the coming updates this problem will be solved.

Hello, I’ve got the same issue.
I’ve found a “timeout” error in my browser console when trying to access the list of templates, please refer to the screenshot (https://drive.google.com/open?id=10wjBG976DSbY2Nndps7dCupiyHIGsuD7) attached.
(All system parameters are set according to the requirements described in https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/)
Any idea? Does the cloud template server try to connect my web page (which runs with http only)?

Calin, thank you for your response. I did make some progress.
1). I checked all requirements and most conformed. The only thing I had to do was update the htaccess file and then all requirements were met.
I also deactivated all plugins that I didn’t get with the theme.
In the end, it was the same behavior. When I create a template from the category-nomad template, it works properly and the button on the template page says “create template”. When I try it with the contact-nature love template, the same button says “create PAGE”. So, again, my question is: is that the way it’s designed and you can’t create a template from nature love? Or is it mis-behaving?
2) I was able to change the image using the method you described. So thank you for that one! A supplementary question: if I want to have the image fill the field, what size is best to make the image so I can control better what is being displayed?
3) I had WP-forms lite installed, but noticed that it was Contact 7 that was listed in your tested plugins, so I had changed. Should WP-forms also be listed on your list of tested plugins?
The issue is not so much that I don’t know the process to follow in this case — what happens is that when I click the EDIT CONTENT button, the edit window opens, but it doesn’t load. I only get the circle going round and round and it never loads. I’ve tried this on different browsers and its the same issue. Any suggestions for that?

It should work fine regardless of the header used. What exactly is the problem with it? Let me know.
3. By default there is a limit in the mega-menu, I believe of 30 sub-categories. For default header templates it can only be changed in the theme code. The default header templates also don’t have layout options.

You can place a playlist in any page or cloud template. While editing with the composer drag and drop it in the location you want and add video IDs

The global header option can be overridden by a more specific case. So for example if a global header template is set, then in a post template a different header is set, this will override the global header.
If you want to use the same header for all the website, set it globally, and make sure specific pages or cloud templates don’t use their own headers. If one is using a different header style, edit it with the composer and make it use the global header

In case of a category page, start by importing a ready made cloud template (you can make modifications to it as well) or creating a new one from blank

If you want to move the “Latest Articles” to the top you’ll need to edit the theme core in wp-content/themes/Newsmag/page-pagebuilder-latest.php files, but this is not indicate, also those changes will affect all pages that have set that page template.
Also if you remove the “Latest articles” from the page this become the Default template for page, so you can use that page template without problems, if you still do not whant to change the template, theme you can use a custom css to hide this section of homepage.

Hi there, I’m using La Mode Pro demo which is great, but now hitting road blink and I have checked your forum but no help:
1. is it possible for video header to show on mobile as just shows YouTube Play button (and that doesn’t work), or better to use Slider Revolution instead?
2. Also, Ad Box (Image Ad) I cannot add a new image (like a small png or jpeg) as this shows an error:
“Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
3. The above also applies when change a background image from a Cloud Library template.
4. Visual Composer on static pages doesn’t work properly and using 1/6 + 4/6 + 1/6 col results in centre column being pushed to the left.
5. How can I add a Slider Revolution in a new zone so it just shows on my posts?
6. Logo size – it looks blurred when bigger than 270px width (which is very limiting).

I’m trying to create a contact page using one of your cloud templates — the one called “nature love”.
The first issue, is when I try to import the template to the cloud template list, it will only create a new page, not download the template. Is that the way it’s supposed to be?
Second, I can’t find out how to change the picture of the lion to one appropriate to my website. I’ve checked the documentation and all the controls in the elements but don’t see how to do it. Can you help with that one?
Third, the short code for an updated form won’t work … it looks like it needs HTML. How can I use Contact 7 or other form plugins? They give me shortcode to work with and not HTML.

I have a problem with the Slider Revolution plugin on the Newspaper Template v. 9.8. I inserted the slider revolution on the home page at the top, after the main menu. The slider is displayed, but I cannot insert it below and at the top of the main menu.
I would like to use this newly purchased template and wanted to know if someone expert can help me understand how to proceed.

How do I check which block it is? I don’t see it in any of the above. I included what it looks like on the page as well as the template name.
Virendra, edit the homepage with TD composer. You will see HEADER MANAGER on the right side. Click and select the template. Now here you will get desktop size and mobile size with sticky option. Click all 4 options and accordingly change logo and other settings. I hope this helps.
How can i move it to the top? or how can i remove it without change the page template?
