Page not able to post pics:
Some post that im pulling from other sites are not posting pics. Is there a setting that i need to change to ensure that all photos are loaded on the site.
Also how do I tweak the page to resolve slow load time.

Problem: Only the title of the news item is displayed in the pod page of the post. In admin panel only one entry – complete database.
Actions on my part: None. Install phpBB3 on a completely different subdirectory and database.
All plugins current. Any ideas?
To add to this, I am also having this same exact issue. I contacted Hostgator and they assured me they have no server side caching. The issue for me is not isolated simply to the homepage but rather across the whole site. When I make a change, I have to manually ctrl+f5 to see the changes on each page. Clicking on a new menu item and then back will not load the changes.
This seems to be a template issue as I tested this by installing a new instance of WP and used default themes and did not encounter this issue. I am also running multiple sub-domains with no issues.
Please help.
Just installed the theme. Converting an site over, on a test site
added a couple of big grids to the home page, using VC rows , a full row and a 2/3 + 1/3 row
all of the elements stack up , seems like they are full width???
Any clues as to why?

i even created a page with a template that they have and it still resulted in the same thing, all the DIV see like they are going 100% width and stacking on top each other

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to add some ads at category page, sorry! You should edit the category template and through do_shortcode method you can add what add you want. Thanks for your answer. I was asking about the name of the capability so I can add it myself to those roles. I changed their behavior anyway, I just couldn’t find the name of the capability that those roles should have (the official Wordpres page doesn’t mention any templating capability).
Something like can_use_templates so I can add it like

I have tested the featured video option and it is working properly. You just have to follow the steps required. Select the video post format, then one of the recommended post templates. Add your video URL in the featured video field and update the post. Then the featured video will be displayed in the post page, and a featured image will be generated from this video – https://www.screencast.com/t/aHzCQTLyKTAL and displayed on the blocks. Make sure that you have enabled the thumb sizes in theme panel – https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
Please try and disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and try this again.

I just purchased this them and i have a fatal error message displayed on the homepage of my site. I tried deactivating and reinstalling the theme but the error message persist. What can i do to resolve this as soon as possible.

Note Woo just updated bunch of templates for WooCommerce 3.1 — and my install also throwing bunch of “errors” in the admin panel for Woo; but no impact on pages actually working here.
Funnily enough, when I opened one of the templates, only change was the version number hook, not any code. Duh.
Not sure that helps anybody or means anything. Just an anecdote that Woo sometimes not exactly smartest apple in the cart (pun intended). 🙂

we need a blank landingpage for adwords without any informations from the wordpress site (no header, no navigation, no footer – only the content inside).
How can we get a blank template without these settings?
We would prefer to create a new “page” in the WordPress backend and choose a “blank template” on the right side (site attributes). Ideally with the pagebuilder functions of Visual Composer.

Code is correct – I forgot that you may use printfriendly as service.
The $api_command variable is set to provide a bridge to javascript function call. You need to ask theme author or plugin author that generates that form for possible function call that can initiate the overlay. Once you get the function call I will modify the code to call it.

If you still cannot get the sidebar to position properly on a category page please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin so we can login and investigate.
I’m not sure how you want to edit a category template though. You cannot edit it with visual composer as it’s an archive not a standard page. You will not be able to add elements to the category page as you would a normal page. Sorry.

If you are using the Pagebuilder+Page Title, the Sidebar will begin after the Page Title section and not from main menu items section like as with the default page template. This is the design of our theme.

No, it’s when you set the template on a Page to “Pagebuilder + page title”, then create a 2/3 + 1/3 row, and add a widgetized sidebar on the right… That sidebar is way down low, not up higher like the posts.
I’m trying to get the sidebar added by using VC in a 2/3 + 1/3 row with template set to Pagebuilder + page title, to be as high as the sidebar that is on the default template, any post or page with “Default Template” selected.

If you would like to move the author box inside the post structure you will have to modify the theme files. You must edit the file corresponding to the post template style that you are using for the post

You must open this file from the theme folder, using a text editor and there you will see the post structure

I have inspected your website and I saw that your sidebars used for pages and post pages are the same. So, if you want to respect the order to them in the post page to look like on the page, you should change the post template and use, for example, the post template style 8 which displays the feature image in the top of the post and the sidebar will fall down it, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/dpCUdNMqJ
