I have the same problem with the “save” button: it loads in a loop without end.

Here attached reply from my host, i’ve sent them all the requirements.
As per your request, we adjusted the values of the PHP options for version 7.2 to the recommended ones.
The ‘gd’ and ‘mbstring’ PHP extensions are also enabled. The server requirements of the theme are met.
After that I’m seeing this when i open home page:

Please note that when you make a theme update, you’ll need to update the theme plugin and activate theme manually, this is an envato requirement (Updating the Core of the tagDiv Themes for Envato WordPress Requirements).

The YouTube api key was added only in Newsmag v4.9.3, you’ll need to update the theme in order to use youtube videos.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tag Div plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them,
clear all cache and try again.
If the problem persists, deactivate and delete tag Div Composer, tag Div Cloud Library and tag Div Social Counter and install them again from Newspaper> Plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/3yuTFLz.png .

Hey man checked all of that, disabled plugins manually and re-activated. Cleared cache between each change. I’m still getting this blank screen.

Please set all the theme requirements not only wp memory limit, also please use php v7.2 or 7.3 the v7.4 was not tested with our theme (with this version of theme).

I think you get it wrong, you need to set the YouTube api key in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/qdko8R7.png, not to increase it. The wp memory is a theme requirement -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/
