That error you are getting is in most cases related to a plugin. Try as a quick test to deactivate all your plugins (except theme plugins), check if this solves the problem.

The first thing to try is to add the mod substitute code in the htaccess file

There is another suggestion you could try if that doesn’t solve the issue

This worked for some users which reported that the composer would not load.

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. From what I can see you use quite an old theme version (7.0). Consider updating the theme, using an almost 3 years old theme with the latest WordPress version or latest Woocommerce may cause problems.

So there is still a problem with the composer. You could try the solution mentioned in this topic, it worked for similar cases when the composer would not load

Setting a memory limit of 256M would be enough for most users.

In case the problem remains, you could try another suggestion. To eliminate a plugin being the cause, deactivate them all except theme plugins. Check if this has any effect.
Let us know the results after trying these suggestions.
