Hi,
This can be done, you need to edit the template where you are displaying and set the review to be set select the “CPT User Reviews Form” and uncheck the option that mentioned that only logged users can let a review – https://i.imgur.com/WvrhNtm.png
Thank you!
Hi, your review system would be ideal. The only problem (for me) is that leaving a rating requires a written review. Is there a way to configure it so that the user (registered or not) simply clicks the number of stars they wish to give?
Hi,
Indeed, the mentioned element is only for singles; for modules, there is no support for adding external shortcodes.
What you can do is to try to use our review systemhttps://i.imgur.com/vspoV7j.png
Thank you!
Hello! Greetings
📌 Problem:
There is a huge blank/empty space appearing right after the main homepage blocks.
You can see this in the attached screenshot (marked as “EMPTY”).
This space disrupts the visual flow and makes it harder for users to view the content below.
🧩 What I’ve tried:
I checked all widgets (especially in the homepage builder area)
I reviewed page settings and layout options
No additional widgets, content, or padding seem responsible
❓ Questions:
What is likely causing this large space?
How can I remove or reduce it while keeping the current homepage structure?
If any additional information or admin access is required to help investigate, please let me know — I’d be happy to assist.
Thank you again for your great work. I sincerely appreciate your support.
Kind regards,
Claudio Souza

Hi,
If this review plugin use a shortcode, then you can set that shortcode in single external shortcode – https://i.imgur.com/8DjRgWp.png

Hi!
Is there a way to display a third-party review plugin in the Cloud Templates module? I know the theme includes a very powerful user review system, but it doesn’t suit my website’s needs (I think)
I’m working with a third-party plugin that works perfectly for single posts, but I don’t know how to display those reviews in a Cloud Templates module.

Or, failing that, is it possible for the user review system to function solely as a 5-star rating without requiring a written review? Something like this:

Hello,
Since updating the Newspaper theme my Homepage for mobile now redirects to a completely different page. This shows within the “pages” section and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to assign it back to the static homepage. It works on desktop, but for mobile instead of going to Home it goes to Gear Reviews. Website is http://www.ultralightnerd.com.
Screenshot: https://imgur.com/r5o7hBz
Anyone know how to reassign my Homepage to its own Mobile homepage instead of a different page altogether? Feel like I’ve tried most everything at this point point. Thanks!
Good day, I have tried several times, including reinstalling the demo content, but I can’t seem to change the logo in the Doctors Pro menu as well as the footer. I have tried all formats permitted, sizes, and resolutions, but I thought I saw them changed in the Theme Panel and in the WordPress (customise) backend (besides the footer).
It just refreshes itself in the preview and reverts to the default image or logo.
I am using the Newspaper default in one license, and in this case, Doctors Pro is the one with the issues; however, I can change the Newspaper default theme for the other site without any issues.
With regards to the body, how do I change the image on the homepage in Doctors Pro and in both Newspaper 12 default and Doctors Pro, how do I change the footer copyrights?
Well done once again, with these great themes.
Many thanks.
Hello,
I’ve created a custom discount shortcode for my WordPress website to display the product discount percentage (for example, “50% OFF”).
The shortcode works correctly on the desktop template, but it’s not showing on the mobile template.
I’ve shared my website URL, temporary admin login, and FTP details with your developer account (contact@tagdiv.com) for review.
I also included the product page link, the code snippet, and a detailed explanation in the email for reference.
Please help me make this shortcode fully functional on the Product Page for both desktop and mobile versions.
Hi,
Please make a backup for your website and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and we’ll check the problem. Also, please include the link to this topic so we can identify you.

Thank you!
Hello,
If you’re willing to share the fix for this issue, please contact us at contact@tagdi.com. Our development team will review it as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hi,
I checked the articles and ran some tests. After reviewing the code, it seems that the related elements for featured video with shorts and reels aren’t handled, so it won’t work to set them as featured videos only setting them directly in the article will work.
Thank you for understanding!
Hi
I’m writing to you about the critical mobile performance issues on trikalatroll.gr. While the site’s SEO and Accessibility scores are excellent, the user experience is suffering due to extremely slow load times.
Here is the latest Google PageSpeed Insights report for your review: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-trikalatroll-gr/laf5cx5p3t?form_factor=mobile
The most urgent problems that need immediate attention are:
Critical LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) Time: The mobile LCP is 10.6 seconds, which is far above the 2.5-second threshold.
LCP Element Implementation: The primary cause seems to be that the main article thumbnail (the LCP element) is being loaded as a CSS background-image on a <span> tag. This prevents the browser from discovering and prioritizing the image load. This must be changed to a standard tag with fetchpriority=”high” to fix the LCP delay.
Slow FCP (First Contentful Paint): The FCP is 5.9 seconds. Users are waiting almost 6 seconds to see any content on the page.
Render-Blocking Resources: There are significant JavaScript and CSS files blocking the initial render. These need to be properly deferred or inlined.
Image Optimization: Images are not being served in next-gen formats (like WebP) and are not properly sized for mobile, which significantly increases load time.
Could you please prioritize fixing these issues, especially the LCP background-image problem? These optimizations are essential for improving our user experience and maintaining our search rankings.
Thank you,
I had some ads hidden on my website https://padeldelosandes.com.ar because I didn’t want to show the empty placeholder until i sold it, so I I hid them in the CSS tab. Now I want it to be visible again but when I select Display/Show and save the changes, nothing happens, it’s still hidden even though I see it in the preview panel. I was able to unhide them in the home page but it’s not working in the Single Post Template. Help please!
If you enter in any post you won’t see the ad below the header like in the homepage.
Hi,
Please create a full backup of your website and update the theme to the latest version (12.7.2). This update should resolve some of the reported issues. Our developers will review the remaining problems and determine the appropriate solutions.
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thank you!
Looks like someone (or something, like 12.7.2?) has turned on ““On / Off expand table of contents option” in template Single post TT JJ vertical (2). If so, the problem won’t be visible. I have turned it off again. Please now look at https://jazzjournal.co.uk/2025/09/08/reviewed-claire-ritter-danny-grissett-mark-solborg-tungemal/ and see that the TOC does not appear. I want it to appear permanently, without the [hide] option.
Hi,
Before any update I like to review the changelog first. But with the Newspaper I noticed that the link that is given when an update is annouced in theme overview is https://tagdiv.com/Newspaper/. This doesn’t show the changelog.
Can you tell me where to find the changelog(s) and can the link inside the theme overview be corrected as such?
Thanks for your support!
Hi Calin – please look at this page – https://jazzjournal.co.uk/2025/09/08/reviewed-claire-ritter-danny-grissett-mark-solborg-tungemal/
I have deselected “On / Off expand table of contents option”. In this state, as you can see, no TOC appears. As I said above, I can only get TOC if I select “On / Off expand table of contents option” but this gives the hide option which I don’t want. I want a permanent TOC. Can you fix this? It was working perfectly in 12.7.1 and before.
Thanks
MG
Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience. I’ve looked into the issue, and it appears that while a developer was assigned to address it, the fix was unintentionally left out of the recent update likely omitted during the packaging process.
I’ve informed the development team, and they’ve confirmed they will review the issue and provide either an official or unofficial update as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Hi,
Here is what you can try:
Use Video Schema (Structured Data) Properly. RankMath Pro supports Video Schema. Make sure:
@type: VideoObject
name, description, thumbnailUrl, uploadDate, and contentUrl or embedUrl
Tip: You can preview the structured data using Rich Results Test to see if it’s correctly recognized – https://search.google.com/test/rich-results
If RankMath isn’t injecting it properly, you can use a custom code snippet with wp_head to manually add the correct schema.
Hello, we have issues with page responsivness – loading times on page http://www.modre-novice.si. We host on highest performance LiteSpeed server. We tried to optimize page with suggested cache plugin WP Super Cache – still not good, than we optimized it with liteSpeed cache – dedicated cacheing plugin for litespeed servers and it was a bit better but still too slow for an news portal.
We asked host to check on it and these were theirs findings:
Hello,
I checked the status of the website and ran a fairly simple test to see how long the initial response time is. I noticed that the response time for the website itself is indeed as described by the client — it takes more than two seconds for the main page to load.
I reviewed the server settings to see if there was anything that could still be optimized, but it seems the configuration is fine and nothing major has been overlooked. I then started looking into the application itself, so I began disabling WordPress plugins to identify which ones have the biggest impact on performance.
First, I disabled the top half of the plugins, but there was no noticeable change. Then I re-enabled them and repeated the process for the bottom half, where it turned out that some plugins could be problematic. When I started disabling the plugins one by one, I found that the “tagDiv Cloud Library” plugin, when disabled, reduced the total page render time by half.
I continued and disabled the “tagDiv Composer” plugin as well, which significantly reduced the load time even further — down to around 320 ms.
Usually, these modules for building and designing websites generate code that, unfortunately, isn’t very optimized for loading speed, even though the end product often looks nice. When I look at the website’s source code, the first thing I notice is that the <head> section is quite large and contains a huge amount of data.
The <head> tag stretches all the way to line 353 in the source code, and there’s a lot going on in that part of the code. This affects how quickly the browser can start loading the content from the <body> section. If there’s too much “bloat” in the <head> area, the browser has to process all of that before it can begin rendering any content.
My suggestion would be to review this page builder and consider replacing it with something else that would ultimately produce better performance.
If you decide to move to a VPS server, it will definitely be able to handle more of these “slow” requests compared to shared hosting. In addition, once the server is actually under load, we can recheck some parameters, and if the page still doesn’t load as expected (in this case, around 2.5 seconds is a typical result for an uncached single request), we can then increase certain limits on the server to achieve higher throughput.

What is the solution here?
My layman’s question is whether the website still works and looks the same when those two plugins are disabled? Namely, the news or posts are generated in the classic way under “Posts” without using these specific plugins. I’m wondering if they can remain disabled and only be turned on when needed — for example, when editing content on individual pages (and not on posts).
As for the tagDiv Cloud Library, it seems that this plugin provides the layouts for the posts themselves, the archive page, category pages, etc. Does the website’s visual structure break if this plugin is disabled?
hey, i have created two CPT’s: releases and reviews. i can find both of them in the cloud template under CPT/Taxonomies. I started building the one for Reviews from a Blank template, but somehow it is linked to the Release CPT as well. What am I doing wrong?
Done but its still not fixed.
Could you log in and review it?
How do i send you the login credentials?
Dear TagDiv Support Team,
We are currently experiencing severe performance issues related to TagDiv Composer. The plugin is causing very high CPU usage, the site becomes extremely slow or even stops responding.
Our setup details are as follows:
WordPress Multisite installation
Approximately 41,000 posts per site
Hosted on Kinsta Server (high-performance environment)
Traffic is significantly high during the day
We have attached some screenshots here https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1rZE-YN_ER1ua-T1s9U8IjRnB_ga_NQw8?usp=sharing showing the issue, including the slow queries and performance logs. Could you please review them and suggest the best way to optimize or permanently fix this problem?
Your urgent assistance will be greatly appreciated.
