Hi,
I have a few recommendations to help optimize your site’s performance:
Enable Object Caching: This can significantly improve load times by reducing the need for repeated database queries.
Cache on Flex Block Elements: As per the instructions here, activating cache for flex blocks can improve resource efficiency: https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/
Review Resource-Heavy Features: If you’re using the “Most Popular” feature, it may be consuming substantial resources. You can disable it by navigating to the theme panel here: – https://i.imgur.com/IgvZFub.png – https://i.imgur.com/wnBKD6r.png – https://i.imgur.com/Vms107h.png
Please note, it’s advisable to make this change after updating the sorting settings for the blocks.
Also, the best cache tested with our theme is WP Rocket, but there are other cache plugins that can be used, this differs from website to website and what settings are used. Most plugins provide sufficient options to control whether the cache should be used or not for specific sections/functions.
Thank you!
Hi,
Normally that’s how it’s done. Auto ads can appear anywhere on the website, but google provides an option to exclude certain areas https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/12626543?hl=en This should work, and its the only way to do it. Can you not select the area below the header despite the ads not appearing in the preview? It should be possible.
Thanks.
I tried to watch the video under documentation but it gives a message that the video is private. Where is the best documentation to learn how to populated the home page with dynamic content and setup tower ads in the sidebar? Also info on how the tagDIV editor works so I can get my client up to speed.
Also, in my email reply can you recommend a plugin or other maintenance plugin option to display the holding page but still be able to preview the sites and select templates.
Thanks.
i cant see that ad in Ad Settings Preview

Hi,
If you want to create and display a review in a post, then it can be done like so https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/ These are reviews that you create.
Or if you want visitors to review your post, then it can be done like this https://forum.tagdiv.com/user-reviews/ You create criteria and the visitors can rate your post.
Or you can use both these types of reviews if you want. Please let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks.
Hi,
Only one demo can be installed at a time. Previewing demos can be done on our live demos https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/newspaper-prebuilt-websites/?demo-type=all An installed demo will look like the live demos.
Or you could install the theme on a staging/testing website or local install, and test there.
Or you could import what you need from the cloud library, most of the homepages and templates are available there separately https://prnt.sc/m3Xvzh0DiM_a
Please take into account what uninstalling a demo or installing a new demo means. Everything that the old demo imported will be removed, and the theme panel will be reset.
Thanks.
Hi Calin, I am testing the Newspaper feature by following your tutorial.
I have created a post, I have enabled the review but just to make sure that I understand correctly, it is a hardcoded review system, right? It doesn’t allow visitors to review your post by clicking on stars. Is that correct?
Is it possible with tagdiv to allow visitors to rate a post?
Thank you Calin.
Is there any way to use multiple Newspaper themes at once? As in have an older one activated and install a new one to preview? When I install anew version it asks to replace the old one.
I need to make sure my website (www.musicatotal.net) complies with the AdSense Program Policies. After fixing the violation, you can request a site review. Google says it needs improvement — I need to know how much you charge to fix this.”
Hi,
I see, it appears that the auto ads have the maim-um position and the css can not overlap it, so I thin the solution her will be to Here are the simple disable Auto Ads in the header section using your AdSense account:
Log in to your Google AdSense account.
– Go to Ads-> By site.
– Find your website and click Edit.
– A live preview of your site will open.
– In the preview, click on the header area.
– A small menu will appear, select Exclude area.
– Repeat if you want to block other sections.
– Click Apply to site (top right) to save changes.
Hi,
For me the stars from the menu no longer appea,r so it should be ok now https://i.imgur.com/fQilNMG.png
Sorry, the link was from Newsmag not newspaper, but the settings and options are the same – https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/, the results should be:

Hi Calin, thanks for your help!
You are right for the plug ing.
I have added your code to the custom code (from the theme panel) but the stars are still showing on the pop up. Would you have any other idea.
About the newsmag review, does it shows the stars on google when users are searching for an article?
Thanks a lot
Hi,
In case you are referring to this one – https://i.imgur.com/sraPNfK.jpeg it is coming from a plugin, I think it is this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/kk-star-ratings/ maiby you can exlude it from plugin options, if not you can use a css –
.tdb-menu-item-text .kk-star-ratings.kksr-align-center {
display: none;
}
You can use the option from the theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-reviews/

Hi,
1. When adding a product to the cart, the notification “Product added to cart, checkout” doesn’t appear.
Please check it yourself as well: https://edubit.ir/
2. In the shop, the “Add to Cart” button doesn’t work at all. But when I deactivate the Super Cache plugin, the notification appears.
Please check it yourself as well: https://edubit.ir/product/powerpoint-farsi2-review-exercises/
What should I do to resolve this conflict?
Thank you!
Hi,
For this, you can use our guide that explains it step with step for how to do it – https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
Thank you!
Hi,
Here are some fast settings, and I think that after you make them, you’ll know how to improve the layout. Set the Woo Product block, go to the layout tab and set it as in my screenshots – https://i.imgur.com/rKrAkkW.png https://i.imgur.com/KVGyRlo.png (you can adjust the paddings, seo tabs and the rest of the options after your needs). After that, from the Style tag, you can set the fonts and colors you want to use – https://i.imgur.com/OfbRrXB.png, then in the General tab, set a class for example, cls-wpb – https://i.imgur.com/Cf8zW0r.png then in css add this code – https://i.imgur.com/KHdGiQa.png to set the reviews in the bottom right. Then the last review is on mobile, set only one module per row – https://i.imgur.com/6J78MgO.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
Thanks for the clear summary. The proxy toggle, Pagespeed deprecation, and those security rules breaking redirects, all solid catches. Tough break with the image 404s, but a good reminder: moving to PHP 8 really demands a full .htaccess review.
Thank you!
how to add review summary please guide me
Hello,
The code you mentioned is not inherently malware, but some security tools may flag it as potentially risky. Specifically, the pattern unserialize(base64_decode(file_get_contents())) can be exploited if attackers gain control of $file_path. It is considered safe only when $file_path is fully trusted and properly validated otherwise, it could be abused.
If you can provide additional context or details about how this code is used, we’d be happy to review further.
Thank you!
Hi voe,
I’m sorry to hear that you feel this way. Unfortunately, in your particular case, developer intervention is required, as the issue cannot be resolved by the support team alone. Since our developers are part of a separate department with their own responsibilities, the time it takes for them to review a customer issue can vary.
If you’ve checked the forum, you may have seen that we’ve done our best to assist within reasonable limits—especially when it comes to balancing support for customers with active subscriptions and those whose support period has expired.
If you’d like to request a refund https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new, you can do so using the following link. Your request will be reviewed, and if it meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed accordingly.
Thank you for your understaing!
Hi,
Regarding the CORS headers, we are using the AMP plugin. We have already reviewed the AMP plugin code, and the required headers are included by default.
Sample code from the plugin:
public static function send_cors_headers() {
$origin = null;
$source_origin = null;
if ( isset( $_SERVER['HTTP_ORIGIN'] ) ) {
$origin = wp_validate_redirect( wp_sanitize_redirect( esc_url_raw( wp_unslash( $_SERVER['HTTP_ORIGIN'] ) ) ) );
}
if ( isset( self::$purged_amp_query_vars['__amp_source_origin'] ) ) {
$source_origin = wp_validate_redirect( wp_sanitize_redirect( esc_url_raw( self::$purged_amp_query_vars['__amp_source_origin'] ) ) );
}
if ( ! $origin ) {
$origin = $source_origin;
}
if ( $origin ) {
self::send_header( 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin', $origin, [ 'replace' => false ] );
self::send_header( 'Access-Control-Allow-Credentials', 'true' );
self::send_header( 'Vary', 'Origin', [ 'replace' => false ] );
}
if ( $source_origin ) {
self::send_header( 'AMP-Access-Control-Allow-Source-Origin', $source_origin );
self::send_header( 'Access-Control-Expose-Headers', 'AMP-Access-Control-Allow-Source-Origin', [ 'replace' => false ] );
}
}

Hello,
This is not directly related to the theme, but I will do my best to help you!
If the counter initially works and then after editing it no longer displays, the problem is probably related to the changes you made. I recommend that you carefully review the code you modified to make sure it is correct.
The counter code uses certain classes that apply to all instances where the counter is set. So, if you make a CSS change to one of these classes, it will affect all counters. To fix this, you should add a unique class to the specific counter you are working on. Then, use that additional class to target the subclasses of the counter and apply the CSS to only that counter.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you have a new license key, you can reset the existing one by going to Newspaper > System Status, then use the new key to activate the theme.
Typically, a license key is valid for one website. You can review the full ThemeForest license terms here:
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
– https://prnt.sc/X0AldIM7e7ni
However, we allow each license key to be used on two websites simultaneously, as we understand that most users need both a live and a testing/staging environment.
If the key has been used on more than two domains, additional licenses will be required. Please note that we cannot interfere with domains that are already using the activated theme under your license.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
For review to be set to the right use this code
body.woocommerce .woocommerce-tabs .panel {
text-align: right;
}
For the Woo Product Block you can use the settings from the block – https://i.imgur.com/j4iB67f.png
For block title if you want you can use a global css like this one
.td-block-title {
text-align: right;
}
Thank you!
