We have updated to v10 and we have a strange behavior with megamenu.
how to say… better you see yourself on http://www.welovetennis.fr
If you go over ATP menu, it has subelements.
When hover those sub groups, instead of refreshing content of menu element, it seems to interfere with actual page content/head news.
We are not using custom header. (-No Template-)
We use as global Header ‘Style 5’
I’ve tried all I could but bug stays unless I switch to a custom header and we don’t want that.
Thanks for your help.
Hi, after update from 10.3.6.1 to any newer version I get strange problem. I suppose it’s problem with loading templates in header and footer and I can’t do anything to fix it. I tried to recreate them, reinstall theme and plugins but nothing helps. Can you help?
Examples before and after update:
https://ibb.co/ctjm7sp
https://ibb.co/rfRC3Rr
https://ibb.co/QfgYN4V
https://ibb.co/kc8f24T
Thanks!
I imported templates from Cloud but strangely the footer templates cannot be edited with TagDiv Composer.
Other templates are all editable with TagDiv Composer.
I tried importing again, but all template type footer are not editable with TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Thanks for the advice. I think I solved it. Seems to be the AMP plugin and accelerated mobile pages. Both cause issues like giant social media icons and images with massive gaps which is strange as AMP is the go-to plugin for mobile browsing.
Strange solution, but thank you 🙂 Worked great.
After changing the theme colors of megamenu option in the theme panel, and do save settings, all pages of the site now show up strange code like the following excerpt at the top of the pages. How can we revert this? we cannot access this anywhere. Please help! site is:

Hello!
The desktop version is working like in mobile too, which is strange.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Please install and configure the WP Super Cache Plugin.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Apparently solved. Strange anyway.
Hi!
It`s very strange beacouse the instagram widget on footer show message Instagram html data cannot be retrieved while Socialslider widget show Instagram data with out any problems. This happen every time I’m log out from my instagram konto and log in again. This is very borring! What happened here.
Hello,
I bought two licenses for your theme and another two ones will be bought soon after solving these problems.
The theme looks so much user friendly, but not the developer. my questions are like the following:
I want to disable/remove all the custom CSS that is generated by the TD-Composer plugin and printed in the DOM with a leading comment (/* custom css */), I don’t want anything outside the CSS files (default styling) so I can overwrite the ones I need without seeing strange block UID for elements which changes every time, and also to prevent excessive DOM size.
Do you have a pre-built demo with WP Bakery?
Can we get rid of the cloud templates? because it only contains some encoded data which I’ll never understand?
If non of the above is doable, how can we ask for a refund?
Regards
Hi guys
Not a smooth migration as you can see. Now home page is showing a slow loading, passing from text without style to search mobile hover in desktop until all images have loaded. Strange because this has happened without any previous change, just cleaning caches and such trying to solve mode-less.js and text.js errors, icons not showing on td-composer, etc.
With the theme, when you open an article and scroll all the way down, a load icon appears and another article loads. I don’t want that to happen. I want only the article that is clicked on to be displayed. By scrooling all the way down, I don’t want another article to appear. How can I turn off this function?
Hi,
I’ve noticed that this issue only impacts all pages EXCEPT the Home Page when I make the changes to Theme Colors for Mobile Menu and Search.
I’ve also noticed strange behavior on the Home Page vs. other pages. For example, the Header looks different on the Home Page (i.e. too much space between nav elements) vs. all the other pages.
I’ve tried clearing the cache and all other recommended methods, but the problem still persists.
Hi!
I have tried and tried for a long time now.
I can’t understand why youtube video will not show, when used as background in row – strange. Can it be my web-hotel, I use One.com
Please help Tommy

Hi All
I am very new to the Newspaper team, but I get this error when I access this part of my site;
https://virologyconsult.com/category/virus/coronavirus/
If I click on the greyed-out thumbnail, it does click through to the article with the image.
I clearly have a setting wrong somewhere, can anyone help?
Thanks

@larane It seems to be working for the mobile version, when you but pinterest hover code in the custom html section of the mobile theme. It’s a little bit strange but it doesn’t work if you put in the javascript section.
Greetings Kathrin
Ok, I updated the theme to v10.3.9.1 and the case is as follows:
1. Image included to the article (featured image) – the lightbox settings of all featured images in all articles are set off. Before first update (to v10.3.9) these settings were set on. Now it looks like I have to turn it on manually in every article to fix the problem. Screen – https://imgur.com/a/eU6QRAW
2. Problem with Complianz plugin. It’s strange, because problem sometimes appears and sometimes disappears. I can’t find out what it depends on. While taking the above screenshot the problem was visible (you can see the notification on the left side). But some other times it doesn’t show up.

Hello, today I see a strange space on my website if you see where it shows like that but when I am in tagDiv composer shows ok.
Could someone help me with this problem?
Hi,
This is strange, usually this is working without problems.
What you can do is to set that code in column text or text with title in text area -> https://i.imgur.com/dY3qluv.png -> https://imgur.com/CSPcls9
This will help you to display the Mailerlite.
Thank you!
Hi
I created a single post template with the header I wanted and then set that template at “Post Cloud Library Template” in the category i wanted another header for.
That seemed to work! Is that what you meant?
I get a strange error though: The posts loose their title!
Is the title supposed to be included in “Single Post Content”? Because I cant find something called “Single Post Title” to add!
Hello, I do not know what could have happened on my website, but today I realized that everything that had been inserted in
YOUR CUSTOM HTML, YOUR CUSTOM HTML and the Google Analytics tracking code. I don’t know if this has something to do with the Nespaper update I did yesterday? Is it possible to know why this has happened? Is it possible to retrieve that information from somewhere?
The strange thing is that without having the Google Analitycs code on my website inserted, I observe that the visits to my website are being recorded on the Analytics page in real time, the code is not on the web, but it continues to work, it does not I get it
thanks
Hi,
What You can do is to regenerate the thumbs -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ and see if there are some difference or not, if the problem persists, please provide me a link where I can inspect this problem.
Thank you!
