Please enable in the theme panel the thumbnail sizes required for the modules

After the regeneration process is complete clear any caching installed on your website. Now the thumbnails should display properly.

It seems to be a strange issue on your end, sorry! Try to update the theme to the latest version of it via FTP way and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins.

This is a strange problem. A theme re-install should resolve the problem but it seems the issue has been carried along. Please use this method to make a fresh install

Also deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin from the plugins section and leave only Visual composer active, the tagDiv editor is activated from the moment you updated the theme.
If you are using a child theme switch to the main theme, also check or remove any custom code you might have entered in the theme panel custom code sections.
If after you install the theme as mentioned and following all the advice, the issue is not resolved, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in your email.

Hello, I just want to give you an update. I tried to activate the wordpress default them and the site didnt start working again, so the issue was not the theme. I started deactivating my plugins one by one and I find that the plugin that is causing issues is AR FORMS. Really strange issue since it was not updated from last january… so thanks and sorry for your time

I am having a bit tricky problem with the tagdiv social counter. Only in facebook this problem occurs.
When I put the fb userid – imhnews
This does work and show me exactly how many fans I have , but when i vlick that facebook button that brought me to a page and said ghe page link has broken. So that does not work at all .
When i paste the whole link of facebook that shows me no fans at all but the button took me to my facebook page .
Have no idea why is that so strange behaviour?
But it is strange that the image is not seen also when the image has already been sent. I did some tests on other sites and the image is not seen in preview, but it does look when it has been published. But here the image is not seen in either way, that is, I can not send images from the site through twitter. Please, do some test.

My website is using a plugin called “CM Ad Changer” by Creative Minds. Their plugin is great because all my ads are hosted in one place and then I can use shortcodes to show those ads on all 3 of my websites. HOWEVER, They seem to be conflicting with the Newsmag theme, specifically when viewing the theme on mobile/tablet mode.
Below is an image of the area where the adbox should be showing an ad. This screenshot was taken on an iPad Mini using Safari. I have activated the dev-tools for Safari to highlight the area. As you can see, the margin seems to be doing something very strange, and for some reason the ad isn’t showing up.
The next image is a dev site. It’s missing most of the images from this site, but the database, theme files and everything else are identical. On this site, the adboxes work perfectly, they show the ads and the margins aren’t messed up.
As you can see, eventhough everything is the same (minus the unattached images), the ads are working just fine. Anyone have any suggestions for how to troubleshoot this? or run into this kind of issue before?

When I insert a featured image into the post, often times when I go to the homepage the feature image is zoomed or cropped strange,
this is annoying at it makes our website look unprofessional
I’d like it so that all the post’s feature images on the homepage are the same size (square shaped) rather than rectangular, and that way I can design images specifically to fit the feature image slot, and I’ll know that they’ll display fully, without cutting a portion off… please help, even sending the display dimensions for the feature image would be useful.

Can’t find much information on this issue. I created a tagdiv slide gallery published the post with the size set to “thumbnail”, then realizing I wanted the photos full size went back and changed it to full size and updated it. The photos were still cropped strange. I tried regenerating thumbnails but that still hasn’t fixed it.
Not sure where to go from here or if I need to give any more information.
That’s strange, thank you for your test, I’ll keep testing to see what could be failing here.

It seems to be a strange issue on your side. I have tested on my side and the problem does not appear. I saw that you are using some untested plugins, like Jetpack modules which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all the caches and check the results.

This is a strange issue. We have not encountered it before. It could be a conflict somewhere so please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

I want to apply it to megamenu, but from first hover over main item in menu. Now it works in strange way – first you have to hover over subsection to activate effect and then it is applied even to main menu image. I suggested that you simply deactivate the plugins, then make a test post to see if the thumbnail is generated properly. Something is wrong with the thumbnail on your website, they are not created as it should. Maybe a plugin is interfering with this, that is why I suggested to test while having only the mentioned plugins active.
