Hello dlkobza,
Ensure that your system status is correctly increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ and also, if your PHP memory is too low, you should increase it. Also, make sure that you are using the latest theme version.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Freshvine,
I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest theme method. Check your system status to be increased according to our documentation and if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these because could appear some conflicts which damage your website.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hi,
That would be an internal server error. Please try to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and clear all caching installed. Then check if the mobile theme is working properly. If the error is still present then it could be server related, see this guide
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/
Also check the theme system status and ask the hosting provider to make modifications if needed to the parameters

Thanks
Hello su,
Ensure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case and then, check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
If you are referring to Visual composer, the latest theme package includes version 5.4.5 of the plugin.
Regarding the tagDiv composer issue, if the theme system status is set according to the guide you could try this suggestion. Deactivate all other plugins except theme plugins. Then check on a new page if the composer works properly. Let us know the results.
Thanks
Hi,
Also check the theme system status parameter values
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Insufficient resources can also cause issues in some cases.
Thanks
Hi,
Please check the theme system status parameters
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to make modifications if needed, then test if the composer works properly. Insufficient resources can cause such issues. Let us know if there still is a problem.
Thanks
Hi Simion,
I checked the parameters and i think that, since the composer works fine for domain.com, everything described in the system status page should be OK.
Let me remind you that I made a copy of the main site to a subdomain on the same server, meaning that the system status is the same.
I deactivated, deleted and re-installed the composer plugin.
Unfortunately, exact same thing.
Is it possible to give you the credentials of an admin account to have a look?
Thank you in advance.
Hi,
After inspecting the website for a while, I can say that there is no problem with the images at the moment. There are no errors present as well. If this happens periodically, it could be related to the number of viewers at a current moment. Maybe the current hosting plan is not capable of handling many requests
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/wordpress-hosting/
You could also check if there are error logs generated on the server if available.
Thanks
Hi,
You can safely activate the theme on the sub-domain, there will be no issue with that. As long as the theme is used on a single website, there is no problem according to Envato license terms.
So you can activate the theme on the sub-domain and create the website. Then make it live or switch domains. There is also a theme activation reset in the system status panel.
Thanks
Hi,
Check the theme system status, if the parameters are set according to the guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Try as well to deactivate and delete the composer and install it again.
Thanks
Hwllo dibyajyoti1994,
First of all, make sure that you are using the latest theme version from Theme Forest installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Also, ensure that your system status is correctly increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for the message!
I really love this theme and your brilliant support.
The site is about.ebooks.com, running Newspaper version 7.4.
In recent days I found that the main menu will only display links to pages and custom links, but it won’t list categories. This also applies to the top menu.
Actually, the menus display perfectly when I’m logged in as an admin user. But for people viewing the site normally, the category menu item just won’t show. This is true on desktop and mobile.
I have deleted menus and re-created them. I’ve also increased the memory allocation (per the little orange warnings on your Newspaper System Status page) to no avail.
Is there a known solution to this?
Thanks,
Stephen
Hi,
Now this is unusual, so by activating the mobile theme plugin the post sidebar gets reset.
Please check the theme system status and see if the parameters are according to this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
We can take a look at the issue, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. Also paste a link to this topic in the mail.
Thanks
I’ve tried everything in this thread, system status is all good, but I still can’t get the theme panel to save options or click on buttons such as “upload”.
Why is this such a common issue here and why isn’t there a resolution? I don’t know what else to try. My hosting company said there’s no issues on their end they can resolve.
Hello,
This problem might happen due to your untested plugins. Try to disable all of these, clear all the caches and check the results. It seems to be a js error, caused by these case. If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain via FTP way and check the results. Also, make sure that your system status is right increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
This will not be a problem. The Envato license terms specifies that the theme can be used on a final end product (website)
Install the theme on the old domain and activate it. When it is ready make it live or switch domains. There is a theme reset option for the activation, in the system status

Thanks
Hello justingrau,
Make sure that your system status is according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ All the blocks and modules have to be editable from page builder (TD Composer). Try to edit the page via TD Composer according to the above documentation and check the results. Should work as expected.
Thanks for the message!
Hello kfx,
Check your system status to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, you PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything.
Thanks.
Hi,
That should not happen regardless of theme version. It could be caused by insufficient resources, please check the theme system status
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You could ask your hosting provider to make the modifications according to the guide if necessary. Then check if the theme panel works properly.
In some cases the admin-ajax process is blocked by the server or by a security plugin or configuration, that could be a possible cause as well, this is a similar topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-options-2/
Thanks
Hi,
Alex1908 Please check the theme system status section
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Insufficient resources can also cause such issues. Ask your hosting provider to make modifications if needed, according to the guide.
Thanks
Hi,
Yes, after further investigations there was an issue with the mobile theme and child theme functionality in version 8.5. However these issues were quickly fixed in theme version 8.5.1.
Please reinstall the theme using the latest version, by FTP is usually the most recommended method to update
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Then make sure that the tagDiv composer and multi-purpose plugins are active.
Also check the theme system status section section, ask your hosting provider to make modifications if needed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Everything should work properly. Let us know if you still have problems.
Thanks
Hello Yannis,
It’s recommended to make a full backup to your database before each theme’s update to avoid losing your data. Check your system status to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ For transition between Visual Composer and tagDivcomposer, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
Thanks for the message!
Hello hoo,
1)This plugin has not been designed to be used to create post pages, but only pages, sorry!
2)Make sure that your system status has been right increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches and check the results.
