- TutorialsSystem status parameters guide
Hello likocorp,
You should inspect your system status parameters and check them if all of these are according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for your understanding!
I wanted to say that images make up to more page speed than render blocking js and css. I meant to leave them for last and figure out all other implications. If everything else is in chack I can only recommend speedbooster if you say you know how to use it. However speedbooster will not be able top move ALL of the js and css to the footer. It has not been tested with every plugin out there.
Plaese rad the page speed guide again as all the info regarding speedbooster is there as to how to use it. Also please check your system status screen to see if it;s even active dues to plugins: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
Please know that page speed is not covered by the thee support. We try to help out where we can but please note that page speed customizaion is not covered in the support policy: https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/
Thank you!
Hi,
The tagDiv composer needs to be active for the demo to display properly. Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You could ask your hosting provider to make them for you if necessary, as they might have a recommended method in this matter.
Then deactivate all your other plugins and try to install the tagDiv composer again the normal way, or by FTP (unzip the tagDiv editor archive and upload it to the plugins folder in your wordpress folder – it should be wp-content->plugins – then activate it)
Thanks
Hello MayraR59,
First of all, ensure that you are using the latest theme version and use only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files. Check the system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, if you are using a strong caching plugin, you should clear all of this memory, purge all CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!

If these WordPress and server parameters are set according to the recommended values, this will ensure the best functionality of the theme and plugins.
You can ask your host to make the changes for you, as they may have a preferred method in this matter.

Hi,
It is imperative that the theme system status is according to the documentation. Those WordPress and server parameters will ensure that the theme and the plugins will work properly.
If everything is set and the composer is not working as intended, a second step would be to deactivate all other plugins except this editor and clear any installed cache. Then test again.
If the problem is still present, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, so we can investigate.
Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
Thanks
Hi,
The Visual composer (included in the theme package) and tagDiv composer are tested properly with the theme, so they surely are compatible. Please elaborate on this problem so we can understand better.
Check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can ask your hosting to make them if needed, as they might have their recommended method.
Then test to see if the composers are working as intended. The tagDiv composer is a front-end editor that can be used for pages

Here is a useful guide:

In most cases, the issue is caused by plugins or the system status parameters not being set (or both) -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Hi Catalin
The problem persists. I have checked Newspaper system status are correct, except wp_memory_limit.
I have it set to 512mb but it appears in yellow.
Could you help me?
Thanks!
Hi Catalin,
I am having a variety of other issues as well… for example I will set up my menu to display my “primary menu” and it will show up for a while and then all of the sudden those settings are lost and it makes me set them up again. I also set up the header options (e.g. display my social buttons) and they also disappear after some amount of time.
Here are my system status settings:

Hi,
All the page building elements should be available for selection by default in the tagDiv composer page edit screen
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rlGLg41dR681
Please note that you have to scroll to see all the elements.
If there are elements missing, try deactivating all you other plugins except the tagDiv composer as a test, and clear any installed caching. Then check to see if everything displayed properly.
Also check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if it is necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks

Hello Bogdan.
I have now changed the php.ini file so that max_execution_time is set to 60. However, the widget section is still incredibly slow. The system status for this variable is now ‘green’. Again, the widget section has been very slow from the installation of the theme.
Best, Glenn
Hello InspireORB,
Notice that the speed booster is an optional plugin which can be activated in the same way as you install a new plugin.
The Speed Booster works only with the tested plugins. If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. However there is a workaround to make it also work with other plugins, you can read more here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/
Unfortunately, the time doesn’t allow us to provide any custom and optimization services. We provide support only for the theme related issues based on Envato support policy – https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy I suggest to get someone to help you if you want to optimize your site.
Thanks for your understanding!
Is your memory allocation properly set in the system status screen? Is everything green? https://www.screencast.com/t/4cPnb8rA
Usually a bad memory allocation causes slow downs in the back-end.
Thanks
Hello AntonioGM,
Check your system status parameters and check if it according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Provides more details about your problem and some useful screenshots if the problem persists.
Thanks for your understanding!
I just checked Tagdiv System Status in wordpress dashboard and under Theme Config – Speed Booster it states…
v4.7 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: optimizePressPlugin/optimizepress.php
it was also saying the same for mailchimp plugin until I deactivated and deleted it.
What could be causing this..?
