Hello pcservis,
2)Yes, this is the functionality for this button but it seems to have some problems due to https. We will fix it as soon as possible in our future updates.
5)If you will check this section from theme panel here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/TSXLwTYzTL you will find all the thumb sizes, depending on the used block.
9)There is no option for this, sorry! If you want to add/remove some of them you should edit the theme core file and do it yourself, sorry!
10)Check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/more-from-author-editing-code-discouraged/
11)The Speed Booster is an optional plugin, and it works only with the tested plugins. If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. However there is a workaround to make it also work with other plugins, you can read more here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/

Hello,
In order to deactivate a theme you can access the system status screen in the theme panel and press the reset key button: https://www.screencast.com/t/AskZyy3K This way the theme will be inactive and another activation code be used.
Thank you!
Hello hemnathmouli,
Check your system status to be setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello benneely,
Please keep in mind that you will have to use only the Visual Composer version which comes bundled with the theme packet. So, please delete your actual version of this plugin and then, from the panel you should re-install the right version of Visual Composer like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/NuuyfFTgE The latest version of Visual Composer is 5.0.1 and it should work as expected with the theme. -> https://www.screencast.com/t/BSal2DNcE
Also, please check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hello oilwire,
You got this message because you are using some untested plugins. In this case, the Speed booster will be automatically disabled. Notice that the Speed Booster is an optional plugin, and it works only with the tested plugins. If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. However there is a workaround to make it also work with other plugins, you can read more here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/
Please keep in mind that the AMP plugin is tested with the theme and seems to work as properly. The plugin do not come bundled with our theme.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello naukazasite,
If you will change the Header Text Color, you should see the difference on your front end, as you can see here ->
https://www.screencast.com/t/RJhjqr2M If the settings from theme panel will not be applied, you should check your system status and increase the parameters according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If is not what you mean, please provide more details.
Thanks for the message!
Hello ruandeyzel,
You should create your own sidebar from there, without any problems. Most likely, your PHP memory is exhausted and that’s why you cannot do this. Try to increase your system status parameters according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
Please make sure you increase your system status parameters according to this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Plugins can also affect the image uploading so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure you meet the requirements for newspaper: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and increase your system status parameters: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
Yes….
GD library and/or Imagemagick needed on server to actually process images 😉
Probably useful for the theme “system status” to check for that !
Hello,
There will not be any problems as long as the theme is not activated on multiple sites at the same time for prolonged periods of time.
You can activate the theme on the first domain and then move it and activate it again on the second. Then you can reset the theme activation from the system status section on the first install.
Thank you!
Hello yasamasanati,
Please check again your System Status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Thanks for the message!
Hello dap4890,
Check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ regarding on dedicated server to fit our requirements. Also, if the problem is still there, you should contact the hosting provider, tell the problem and ask for some information regarding this issue because it is possible that this issue is caused by your dedicated server. Ensure that you have increased all the system status parameters, clear all your caches, server cache and check the results.
Hope this help and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
System status was one of the first things I checked from that same link you provided.
Its interesting to note, that if I stay on the widgets page. The Widgets all remain and show up where they belong. Once I leave the Widgets page, a few minutes later most but not all of the widgets disappear, on the pages they belong and when you go back to the widgets page they are also gone. They do exist in the Options table array though in the database.
The Array’s in the Options table for sidebars_widgets and widget_text look OK from what I can tell, but since I don’t know what some of the array items are I cannot tell for sure.
Is it possible some tables in database are corrupted? What can I do to troubleshoot further?
Yes, what Catalin said… and after 30 seconds your site will time out. When you optimized your site it won’t be an issue. Also check this https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hello dap4890,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Check your system status and increase the parameters according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello ipcs,
I suspect this issue is coming from your system status. Most likely, you PHP memory is exhausted, and that’s why you cannot upload files. Please check deeper your system status and you should increase the parameters from there according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If the problem is there after this changes, please provide useful screenshots with your widgets from your backend so I can identify them.

I have Newspaper 7, I have created a bunch of sidebars in the Theme Panels Categories area. They show up fine under widgets, and were working and then all of the sudden they started disappearing when I would place new ones and come back into widgets in the dashboard.
So basically now, the sidebars all exist.
I can add new widgets, but they do not stick. Once I leave widgets in the dashboard and come back they are gone.
I have checked all of my System Settings after reading https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
I am well above these settings.
NOTE that in the options table in MySQL the widgets seem to exist in the array.
Also, I have tested the site with all plugins off with the same result.
Any ideas, what do try next?
When I try and click Activate at System Status tab in admin panel, all I get is a weird notice that “I’m not supposed to see this page” – http://take.ms/QOdxZ
How do I activate it?
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Then please make sure the system status parameters are properly set: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Also test this on a wp default theme to see if the issue is present only when using our theme.
Thank you!
