go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status

admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login (to can login in WordPress admin zone) and the license. We will take a look at the problem and we’ll fix it. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Hello, Well, as you can see, almost everything is from the newspaper theme, the sources are from the theme, I have not loaded any additional sources that do not include those of the theme.
As for the question of the mobile theme is that it only skips or activates registered users to unregistered users, the mobile theme is not activated. How can you change that and become active for everyone.
As for the question of the panel or block that shows the most read posts, I mean the topic itself or the desktop topic, there is no that option in the newspaper topic, it is an option that should come as it is a newspaper topic, not believe? Which or how is that block activated to be displayed or is it a widtges?

Mobile Theme plugin is non editable using tagDiv Composer. Only the options from Theme panel.

Hello, I updated the theme to the latest version 10.4.
After updating site shows only a white screen.
Upon investigation, I find the following error message in the error log:
it was displaying as the issue was with the plugin ([01-Apr-2021 15:31:29 UTC] Use of undefined constant TDC_PATH_LEGACY – assumed ‘TDC_PATH_LEGACY’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home3/urdutube/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-composer.php on line 209)
I checked in detail, I updated all plugins, compulsory for the theme.
I also update the system as per requirements as:
System Status
PHP Version
7.2.34
PHP Memory Limit
1 GB
PHP Execution Time
300000
PHP Max Input Vars
100000
But all in vain, and my site shows only a white blank page.
I downgraded to the older version.
Please recheck the plugin error, because when I disable the Tag Div Composer Plugin it works to show my site pages. But the coding and designing of the site go too rough and dull.
Plz find what is issue in the Tag Div Composer Plugin for theme version 10.4.

After installing the updated theme (version 10.4), I just observed that there was some system status problem. Below is the values for your reference what it was showing.
WP Memory Limit 40 MB
⤏ We recommend memory to at least 256 MB. Read more
PHP Execution Time 30
⤏ We recommend to increase this value to 60 or more. Read more
PHP Max Input Vars 1000
⤏ We recommend to increase this value to 2000 or more.
Can you please try to fix these for me?

I’ve disabled all plugins and issue persists. I looked at system status and I do not have caching on the staging site, and there seems to be a warning with memory limit:
40 MB/request – We recommend setting memory to at least 128MB. The theme is well tested with a 40MB/request limit, but if you are using multiple plugins that may not be enough. See: Increasing memory allocated to PHP. You can also check our guide here.
I increased it by adding to wp-config 256M and still issue persists. I have no idea what to do…
