I have problems saving my Adsense or non Adsense code in the Ads section. It keeps getting stuck in an endless loading loop.

I have read the related article with this topic. I don’t use wordfence and have adjusted the settings in the system status correctly

Please advise.

Hi @vlad-s,

I already provided my system status here: https://prnt.sc/sv22ga
Accomplished all the system requirements to develop the website with Newspaper theme. Also, there is no conflict with any plugin, I already checked by deactivating all the plugins but no fix. There is only TD Composer plugin actuated.
Please check it ASAP to provide a good guide to fix this issue.

Thanks

I’M TRYING TO ACTIVATE MY THEME BUT I GET AN ERROR. UNDER “NEWSPAPER SYSTEM STATUS” AND THEME CONFIGURATION, I GET A MESSAGE THAT SAYS “YOUR THEME IS NOT REGISTERED”

WHEN I CLICK “ACTIVATE NOW” I GET A MESSAGE OF “SORRY YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS THIS PAGE”

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE? THIS ISSUE IS KEEPING ME FROM BEING ABLE TO ACTIVATE THE HOMEPAGE OF A PREDESIGNED TEMPLATE

I have spent a couple of precious hours checking my configuration against https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and the NP System Status page seems to answer most of the system requirements. Please see my current status here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1FbnwEnLmUHPGfCK-domaGlvkT4iY3_ig

Those not included there, as far as I can see, are these: WP Memory Limit (my wp-config.php file contains no define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’ line, but the hosting package gives me a memory limit of 640mb) & MySQL (it’s 5.5).

Can you suggest what else is causing Cloud Templates save button to spin and not save?

Mark

Good morning, my name is Aida. Yesterday I bought the “Newspaper” theme but when I try to activate it I get a screen that says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”
Could you help me to activate it properly?
The tab you indicate in your documentation “Activate Theme” does not appear but from “System Status” I can get to the option to activate theme.
I’m waiting for your instructions.

Best Regards

Newspaper X theme upon installing to wordpress only shows three options welcome, plugins and Support. Other options like install demos, system status, updates, theme panel, activate theme, etc are not available. What should I do? How can I make this available?

Thank you. However, maybe mine may be updated to the latest one already? as I do not have the update option, my only options are as follows: Welcome, plugins, support, Install demos, system status and theme panel.

When I select welcome, it gives me v 10.2? is this the newest update?

Many thanks!

Hi there,

I am receiving the Internal Server Error https://prnt.sc/sv1zt4 when clicking on any page using td composer, how I’ll manage my pages if we see this error, I have updated to the latest version of the Newspaper theme but still, this occurs.
My website is: https://dailymixx.in/
Please check my system status to resolve this if everything is fine: https://prnt.sc/sv22ga
I need an asap solution so I can build a website shortly and the reason why it’s throwing this error to prevent it in the future.

Thanks

Why does our site, seemingly randomly have this issue? We have followed all the specs for configs, limits, etc. Yet we continue to randomly see this error message:

PHP Warning: getimagesize(WEBSITEURL/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/logo_1200.png): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
in /home/ACCOUNT/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 792

That image is uploaded and available.
We have logo images in normal, retina, and mobile – all the same image.
Our system status is fine.
Nothing is being blocked in .htaccess.

We really can’t take it anymore. It’s ruining the experience on the site for mobile users.

What is making it hard to diagnose is that it seems to happen randomly. One second the error is there, the other it’s gone? I can view the PHP error log and it will have a scattering of error messages throughout the day.

We see endless support forum posts about people having problems like this with no real solutions.

Hi,

1. It’s not a plugin conflict. I deactivated ALL plugins and checked. The problem still persists.

2. The system status is also all green.

I tried doing a fresh installation in a test server with a fresh wordpress installation with no plugins at all (just to check). The problem persisted even then.

Hi,

I suspect this problem comes from your hosting provider which might do not have enough memory and that’s why that error appears on the frontend when you try to import a demo. I suggest you consult your hosting provider and request to them to increase your system status parameters to be according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Also, if the problem persists, try to change the hosting provider to another one. You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and Cpanel access so we can take a closer look at your setup configuration page.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hi.

When I try to update a post, the website keeps loading forever.
No Wordfence or Sucuri installed, no system status errors….

Any ideas?
Thanks.

Hello,

I’m sure the runtime environment meets the requirements and I deactivated ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins.

In fact, tagDiv Composer is working when I edit the “Home” Page, it works fine, but it crash when I edit the Cloud Template.

Hello !

After you are done with working your theme on your test-domain and transfer it to your new domain you will have to reset your key ( on the test domain ) by going into Theme Panel – System Status: https://www.screencast.com/t/yNqeYW1QLd

Thank you !
