If i use your theme with Google ADs, on div that is 1400 width [ ads are set to responsive ] – i get smallest add
If i use same code, as custom add – i get full width ?
Why is that ?

So, this is my very old website: https://educationalcoloringpages.com/ Currently, I am using Newspaper 7 theme and child theme. My previous developer created child theme with some custom code and meta field content that was working perfectly with the Newspaper 7 version. Now my website is given me warning to upgrade it to the latest version of the Newspaper theme. Technically if I update to the latest version it will not going to display the meta field of my site. Because the has been a lot of changes inside the theme you have made during this years. And that why the old code is not working or connected properly. content on live site is still updated and client is publishing posts during developing new version on stage. WP core, templates or plugins are not changed, only content. For this reason we can´t use duplicator for applying changes from stage to live. Or, we are not right, and it is possible…?

For this, you can use the Mobile page template. Here are the three available solutions for the mobile version:
1. Responsive Desktop Version – The default responsive layout that adjusts to mobile screens using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/apZQZ0o.png
2. Mobile Page/Template – A custom mobile layout that can be created using the tagDiv Composer.
3. tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin – A separate mobile theme that provides a dedicated mobile experience but is limited in edits and changes.
Note: When the tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin is activated, it takes priority and will be displayed on mobile devices. If it’s not active, the system will check for a mobile page/template built with tagDiv Composer. If neither of these is in use, the responsive desktop version will be shown by default.

I need to update the license key for my site, but I am unable to do so in the backend.
The Issue: My site was originally installed using a different license key that I no longer have access to. I have purchased a new license, but when I go to the “My License” tab, I only see the “Manage your domains” message.
There is no input field to enter my new purchase code and no button to deregister the old one.
Please let me know how I can clear the old activation data so I can register my new key.

I am using the newspaper theme on my website, for some reason when I scroll down on the mobile site there is a sticky menu that appears to be adding a double logo/tagline.
Could you please assist me in resolving this? I have also updated the theme to the latest stable version but the issue persists

I’m experiencing the same issue, even after performing a completely fresh installation.
Currently, only Instagram follower counts are displaying correctly. Facebook and YouTube both show “0” followers, despite being properly connected.
What I’ve already done:
Added the YouTube API key
Confirmed the API key is active and not restricted
Completed all steps according to the documentation/instructions
Tested after a full new installation
Unfortunately, the issue persists.
Using a fixed follower count is not an acceptable workaround for us, as it requires manual updates and defeats the purpose of dynamic counters.
Is there a known solution or additional configuration required to correctly fetch Facebook and YouTube follower counts?

Follow-up on fatal td-composer error (developer review status)

I’m following up regarding the td-composer fatal error we discussed earlier.
The issue is still occurring intermittently on the live site, and WordPress has again reported the same fatal error related to tdc_check_domain.php. This is affecting the admin area performance and site stability.
I understand that the case was forwarded to your developers. Could you please let me know if there is any update from their side or an estimated timeline for review?
Since this is a live production website with ongoing traffic and ads, even intermittent fatal errors are having a noticeable impact.

The image upload button isn’t working; it does absolutely nothing. I don’t know if it started after the last update. I have everything updated to the latest version, but I’ve also tried three previous versions, and it still doesn’t work.
It simply does nothing. I don’t understand what could be happening, but it won’t let me upload images.
This is an Ad-Block element, but the same thing happens with any image upload; the button doesn’t do anything.

I made an update and added the tag to several recent blog entries; however, I’m not seeing those posts populate on the tag page at the link I shared earlier. This remains the case even after clearing my browser cache.
Additionally, can you clarify what the advertisement code is that appears in the upper-right corner of the page, and advise on how it can be removed?

1. Where this page is being generated from
I’m not seeing an obvious location in the CMS where this tag page itself is managed or configured.
2. Why the entries appear to be very old
The posts associated with this tag seem outdated, and I’m unsure whether:
• the tag is no longer being applied to newer posts, or
• the page is pulling from a legacy or deprecated content source.
3. How to modify or curate this page
Specifically:
• How do I update which posts appear under this tag?
• Can older posts be removed from this tag without deleting the posts themselves?
• Is it possible to control the visibility or ordering of content on this tag page?
My goal is to ensure this tag page accurately reflects current content and doesn’t surface outdated material unintentionally.
Any clarification on where this is managed and the recommended way to update it would be very helpful.

For the mobile menu issue, please check whether it persists when you are logged in; if not, it is related to some cache settings.

Hi SteveWA, please ensure that you are using the latest theme version 12.7.4 if have an old version, make a full backup and update the theme and theme plugins. If you are already at version 12.7.4, please disable and delete all theme plugins you are currently use and after that reinstall the theme from Newspaper > plugins

Yes, you can use WP 6.9, just make sure that you also use the last theme version 12.7.4 to have the best results.
Before making any updates, make sure that you have a full backup for your website.
