Hi,

the language attributes should change automatically when you change your wordpress language from wp-admin. We indeed may have a problem with the lang attribute for older internet explorer browsers (8 & 9) – to fix this you can edit the header.php file and change this en to de-AT http://screencast.com/t/x5JeHnjfH6at .

In the next update we will fix this issue.

The new update version does not affect the Ads code. Here, http://tagdiv.com/newspaper-6-6-update/ you can see which includes the new update.
Please make sure that you are using the correct and valid Ad code. For more information about Ads, please consult our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ad/ .

Those files were just mentioned on the changed files by mistake, we’re still working on those elements, they will be added in one of the next updates.

Please use the advice above and change permissions to your upload folder (set them to 777). Also contact your hosting provider to see if you have any restrictions to your upload folder.
Please also update to the latest version of the theme.

Unfortunately we have not tested this plugin with our theme so we cannot say for sure if it works or not as we have no idea of the plugin functionality. This is the list of tested plugins: http://screencast.com/t/i3W0bCGD
Anything beyond this list we cannot guarantee to work 100%.
We try with each update to test more plugins to expand our list of tested plugins.
If you really need this plugin to work with our theme you can hire a freelancer to create the implementation for the plugin from sites like studio.envato.com.

2. You mean you want to change the sort order for archive pages? and on the blog page?
For this you have to look for a plugin or a piece of code similar to this:

add_action('pre_get_posts','sort_posts_by_modified');

function sort_posts_by_modified($x) {
	if($query->is_main_query() && is_archive()) {
		$x->query_vars['orderby'] = 'modified';
		$x->query_vars['order'] = 'ASC';
	}
}
