I do not know what could be the problem because I did not install new plugins or made edits.
I noticed that on the Theme dashboard, under the Updates tab, it is displayed the following error message “An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key. Please reset the key from the System status tab and try to activate it again, or contact our customer support team at contact@tagdiv.com.”
I have tried to reset the key but the problem is still here.
I need to solve this issue asap because tomorrow my client has an important meeting with stakeholders and the website is blank atm.
Can you please help me with this?

I updated the theme to 12.1 and now my home page is not the way it used to be at all. I can’t even go in from the homepage to make any changes in the theme as this is gone from the top toolbar on the homepage when I am logged in to the site. Can you please fix this.

I have just added number of views to each post.
In TagDiv editor I have selected Popular (last 7 days) from the Sort order drop down. Now the posts are being shown, but not the most popular ones. Do I need to wait for 7 days so that all the data updates or should it work already now as it is?

No extra class. The same issue applies to all our existing articles; they used to render just fine but following the latest updates we have no gap between image and paragraph.
We are running the latest versions of Newspaper and WordPress.

We tried to add the options in the TagDiv Composer, for the other mobile versions.
The files for the Mobile theme can be found here: wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/
I suggest you to use a child theme, because the child theme is not overwritten by the update.

Thanks for your prompt response. I am using a cache and the box you pointed out already was turned on.
This is a recent problem and only manifested after the most recent Newsmag theme update.
The counter is WAY off, not even close to counts coming in from WP Stats.
Any other ideas would be appreciated.
Since the recent theme/wordpress updates, our images are not rendering correctly.
The default space between an image and the next paragraph is no longer present. This happens whether it is a single image or an inserted gallery.
We can manually get around this issue by adding a custom bottom margin to the image block, but as we typically publish a lot of images, the workaround is not ideal.
Any help getting this resolved would be much appreciated.

It has already been fixed. It seemed to be a problem after the update and the old post templates disappeared. Now the posts have been adapted to the “post default” template automatically.

Unfortunately, we do not have any videos that show how we’ve made a CPT demo, for example, if this is what you meant. But we have guides for every new feature we’ve introduced in the update.

We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. I am attempting to set up a staging site as a subfolder on my live website (mysite.com/staging). When attempting to update the theme (Newspaper) to 12.1, I am being prompted to enter my original purchase code (which I have, from 2019) to activate the theme. My question is, if I enter my original purchase code in this field, will I somehow “break” my original/live site, or am I ok using that original purchase code to activate Newspaper on the staging site/subfolder? I don’t want the license on my original site to be somehow voided in the process of setting up a staging site. Any clarity you could give me on the matter would be appreciated. Thanks!

Since in the embedded reviews on the theme we have only product review option as schema, it is hurting many people rankings I believe (incuding mine).
Can you please add the option to change the review schema (itemreviewed). Or please tell us how to change it from the theme files.
Ah, that’s an idea. I’ve already downgraded my WP installation, perhaps I give it a try with WP 6.1 in the weekend (or just wait to an updated NP). 🙂

I just updated to Version: 12.1 and now I can’t use Tagdiv Composer to fix the interface anymore, it always shows the error message “Errors at columns: 3(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” in tag, categories, post. I tried following this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ but still it didn’t fix it.
