We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and see the results.

Also, please try to update the theme without extra plugins activated during the installation, as this may interfere with the installation process.

We’re helping update an old version of Newspaper from 8.1.1 to 11.4.2, and everything visual just broke.

It is fixed locally, but it can reappear when the update is done.

The issue is with the right footer widget.
The format and styling breaks after one category reaches 1000 and over posts. No span element is added. It works fine for categories with posts less then 1000. It all breaks when it reaches 1000.
Can you please fix the bug for the next theme updates?

It’s very unfortunate as one of your colleague told us that this issue would be resolve in the next update, which has been passed now, but the issue stays where it was before.
Using cloud template is not an option for us. We want to stick with the same footer format.
Thanks, that’s the way I created at the beginning, copying the code from the templates and downloading it from the cloud, but it would be good in the next update to take that into account, besides, I don’t like the new cloud system, I prefer the old one, to the time to search is bad, for example the blocks are no longer there, that helped me get work done.

This plugin should work well with the theme and you need it because it’s a main plugin.
Make sure you have the latest update of the theme(11.4.2) and plugins too, that all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Our client has refused to change the current footer with the cloud templates. We want to use the previous option of instagram footer from the theme panel like we did before.
Now, how many chances are there that this option would be resolve in the next theme update?

To have the automatic updates option, you had to have version 10.3.1 and from version 10.3.2 you could use this option -> https://tagdiv.com/introduction-to-newspaper-theme-automatic-updates/
Please try to do the update manually via FTP/cPanel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and do a full backup of all files and databases before updating.
Also, please try to update the theme without extra plugins activated during the installation, as this may interfere with the installation process.
Also, after the update please make the tagDiv plugins are installed, like tagdiv Standard Pack, tagdiv Composer.

The theme does not get any updates. On my site is still on Newspaper V 10.3 .
I dont see any tab “Update” or somewhere else so I can update it.

The menu still shows black and white background on the page after setting it transparent in theme panel. Or can’t the top menu be transparent for mobile devices because I noticed it doesn’t on tagdiv page (https://tagdiv.com/portfolio/iflow-web-developement-design-project/) when using mobile to check. Pls I think you should look into this in next update.
Note: I am not using the tagdiv mobile plugin.

Please try to do the update manually via FTP/cPanel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ by replacing the old theme with the new one (replace not overwrite), in case there are custom changes in the theme files, those will be lost. Also, please do a full backup of all files and databases before updating.
Also, please try to update the theme without extra plugins activated during the installation, as this may interfere with the installation process.
Also, after the update please make the tagDiv plugins are installed, like tagDiv Standard Pack, tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Social Counter, etc.

Most of the css is coming from standard pack.

Ohh I updated the theme manually due to some PHP code I modified in functions.php so I forgot to update the plugins as well. It is now showing you can check for the mobile menu overlay issues. Thanks
