Since all the updates suddenly I have no ability to change or add elements any longer as before using composer etc.
No options even shown anymore.

Hello !
Please note that you have to upload manually because you are running an older version which has no auto update option. Also please make sure to update and install all the plugins including standard pack so you won’t see only lines.
Thank you !
Update: I was able to locate the problem in the footer section.
So not all pages, but all footer related pages are uneditable.
in addition: the footer section in the admin panel is mission important settings
as seen in the screenhot
This happened after the update from 10.3.8 to 10.3.9.1
How can I fix it?
First of all, my apology for my hard language in above post.
Ok, I have found the solution for this. I’m not sure that I have exactly do the right steps, but somehow the problem is solved.
I shared my findings below:
at the [newspaper] > welcome
click, install and activate the recommended plugins
1. tagDiv Mobile Theme
2. Official AMP for WP
then go to [theme panel] > [mobile theme] > [mobile settings] > USE MOBILE THEME FOR
> select “AMP” > save settings
then go to [wordpress menu bar] > users > select and edit your user
at the “Toolbar” > make sure you select “Show Toolbar when viewing site”
at the “AMP Developer Tools” > make sure to enable “Enable AMP developer tools to surface validation errors when editing posts and viewing the site”
then you can start editing the mobile page.
in this newspaper theme, editing the main page for desktop pc and mobile are 2 different design
the mobile page requires another separate creation and editing.
therefore the “mobile” edition of the “page” is needed to be created.
there are 2 ways (which I know so far) to create and edit the “mobile” version of page.
==============
1st way:
==============
[wordpress bar] > [pages] > find your page (the home page) and select [edit with TD composer]
in short, edit the page with “TD composer”.
now you hav enter the TD composer editor, at the left panel where you can see “Welcome to tagDiv Composer”, at the top, you should be able to see either [create mobile page] or [edit mobile page].
there, you go, click on that button, you’ll start creating mobile version of the page.
==============
2nd way:
==============
while you have already log in, go to the page (in this case, the home page), at the top center toolbar, at the green button [edit with TagDiv composer], at right side, you will see the option to create or select the mobile page version.

Hello !
At the moment there is no update on this.
Thank you for your understanding !
Hello !
At the moment there is no option for this. The following updates will come in handy with this.
Thank you !
Hello Calin,
When you set a background image, the background image is only activated on the category background. But if, you are right, with a background image activated, the category’s highlight image works correctly. However, I think it does not make sense to have to set a background image, for it to work (the background image and the highlighted image are not the same).
As a patch, I used a 1×1 (png) transparent background image. And so, the highlighted image works too.
You may want to check this for future updates.
Cheers!
Calin it seems NewsPaper developer teams is not fixed the issue yet even with recent update. Now Dec End 2020 but still the problem is exists which is really disappointed.
I feel its simple code changes in the theme, but I’m not sure why it’s taking so long to fix it.
I’m getting less score because of the issue otherwise my site will be 100% in Accessibility score.
Google is going to start mobile First Indexing from March 2021 so scores are important. If this continues then sure it will affect badly.
I’m using Mobile plugin theme only. FYI
Thanks
Giri
Hi hansennn, If I’m right is possible to be a problem between the theme and some plugins or module security from host/server.
The best solution is to make a full backup to your website and database, then delete the theme and theme plugins and install the theme manually using FTP or cPanel https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ also during the theme installation, please disable all plugins and make sure that the theme requirements are set at least as in our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
After the theme and theme plugins are installed make a test to see if those are working and only after that enable the rest of plugins to make sure that there are no plugins interfering with the theme settings.
Hope this will help you!
Let me now the results!
Hi ntca, what method did you use for theme update ? did you made a backup? because is possible that if you used the automatic update to interfere other plugins with the theme options during the theme update.
If you have a backup and you want, please make a test and update the theme manually via FTP/cPanel.
Thank you!
Hey there,
I cannot update from 8.1 to 8.7.2 – it’s shown in the panel but when I click on “update now” I’m redirected to envato where I cannot find an update in my account. I’ve already installed Newspaper X theme, but when I do a live-preview it looks awful. All my sites are gone…what can I do to move to X without losing my homepage :/
Thx for any advice!
Mat
Hello,
since I updated to the latest version,
I get this error message every time I want to edit ANY page:
Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
I have the same problem
I try to update my home page but tagdiv stays in “save” at all times but does not update.
Neither does it show the pages … 404 error. I have no problem with rights on the server …
Nor can I edit blog, they report json to me and they do not update
Okey, so ive gotten a few problems lately
First off. tagDiv Composer, won’t update when there is a update, i have to go and rename it manually to get the new update.
and now with the new 10.3.9.1 update, the tagDiv Cloud Library failed to even load, so it crashes the site.
An error of the type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 135 in the file /home/1/w/weednorge/www/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/td-cloud-library.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required 'includes/tdb_functions.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php')
also, the iThemes Security plugin just stopped working, and deactiveded itself? would like to not need to make a fresh install, but i will if theres nothing to do about it.
Social Counter does not update anymore.
What should I do?
I display the modified date on my site below the title, however the datetime still shows the posts original posting date. Is there anyway I can change this to show when it was updated? Want the latest date to show on search results. Code is:
global $wp_version;
//old WP support
if (version_compare($wp_version, '5.3', '<')) {
$td_article_date = date(DATE_W3C, get_the_time('U', $this->post->ID));
} else {
// get_post_datetime() used from WP 5.3
$td_article_date = get_post_datetime($this->post->ID, 'date', 'gmt');
if ( $td_article_date !== false ) {
$td_article_date = $td_article_date->format(DATE_W3C);
}
}
$buffy .= '<span class="td-post-date">';
$buffy .= '<time class="entry-date updated td-module-date' . $visibility_class . '" datetime="' . $td_article_date . '" >Last Updated: ' . get_the_modified_time(get_option('date_format'), $this->post->ID) . '</time>';
$buffy .= '</span>';
Have tried get_the_modified_date but it didn’t work. The instance in play is $td_article_date, and would really appreciate some help on this.
Thanks!
Edit: Got it working: $td_article_date = get_post_datetime($this->post->ID, ‘modified’, ‘gmt’);
Hello team,
First of all… HAPPY CHRISTMAS for all the tagdiv team, I wish you a happy holiday season and a prosperous new year 🙂
I want to ask a question, about the optimization service you offer here: https://tagdiv.com/services/custom-services-page-speed-optimization/
I would like to hire you, but it is a major investment for me, and first I need to know if you can really improve the metrics of my website in Google Page Speed. As you know, a new Google update will be made soon, where these metrics will also be a key factor for positioning.
This is my website: https://cutt.ly/ph8y7n9
Can you please check it out a little bit? I just need to know, that if I hire this job, I will get good results.
This appears in the specifications:
-Analysis of the current page speed loading (GTmetrix, YSlow, etc.).
I need to orient myself on the speed of mobile loading with Google Page Speed. I’m not really interested in other tools, just google’s.
– Installing and configuring a cache plugin.
I have installed and configured LiteSpeed cache plugin, configured by litespeed support.
– Manual combining of the JavaScripts and CSS files (where possible).
– Minification of the JavaScripts and CSS files.
I think this is done by the cache plugin itself.
– GZip compression (if supported on a server).
GZip is enable
– Optimization of the Images.
All my images are Webp optimiced.
– Setting up CDN (optional).
For the moment, I do not need a cdn.
So, seeing that many of the things included are already done, can this optimization work be beneficial for my website?
Or maybe I just need an expert from your team to check my site for errors?
https://tagdiv.com/services/web-development-wordpress-services/
Thanks, Jose

Relevant post example: https://happybarefoot.com/shoe-review-xeroshoes-hfs-minimalist-lightweight-road-running/
When reading a post on a mobile, the menu seems to be empty and also some CSS elements.
I think this is related to the AMP plugin.
On the browser in mobile view:

https://prnt.sc/w96fiu
On mobile:
https://prnt.sc/w96gfn
https://prnt.sc/w96grs
Setting:
AMP plugin, https://prnt.sc/w96h8s
Theme, https://prnt.sc/w96irn
I tried, USE MOBILE THEME FOR Mobile and also Movile + AMP.
But it was even worse.
After update today, on homepage both header and footer showing default instead of own designed with template and cannot even change default header footer, a whole day wasted today by checking caches and other things. I have tried degrading version also but no use, almost tried all the way but in mobile home page header footer are showing default one and also single page template also designed with template and it was working good but after the update today, many blocks are not showing in posts.
Please check https://coupontricks.in/ and please help me.
Hello,
This problem appears when you use the last WordPress 5.6 version with an old theme version.
My suggestion is to make sure that you are using the last theme version Newspaper 10.3.9.1 and check to see if the problem persists.
Before to update, make a full backup to all files and the database, in case something goes wrong. => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Let us know the results.
Thank you!
Hello !
I have passed this topic to our developers and they will take a look at improving the theme in the next updates.
Thank you !
Hello !
At the moment our team is still testing to make sure that everything is on point. Normally there should be no problem but if you want to update to php 8.0 please make sure to have a backup.
Thank you !
Hello again,
The problem with the video positioning, size and ratio appeared after the update to v. 10.3.9 and it continues with v. 10.3.9.1. Videos are shown on the left, smaller in size than they were when we set up the pages even without TagDiv Composer and now they are shown in 4:3 ratio although they are recorded in 16:9. Do you have any solution to offer other than to manually open all pages containing videos, convert them to TagDiv Composer format (I don’t even know how to do that when I only see a very cryptic message saying “Errors at columns: 1(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content” which doesn’t say much to me and offers no solution) and save them back?
Thank you,
Nick
pls kindly check the msg blow what siteground representative and I deal
with issue these days so that site has been stopping
running we;;thanks;;if you need id and password to check site’s backend where I’d love to

sean huang: front page shows white blank….
sean huang: This question is related to website: twasiatimes.com
siteground=>
Boris D.: Hi there.
sean huang: HIHI
Boris D.: I see the message. When was the last date the website was working fine and the front page was showing fine?
sean huang: two days ago i think
sean huang: the day before yesterday
sean huang: now is tuesday evening
sean huang: sunday afternoon happened suddently
sean huang: then contact support near midnight
sean huang: and recovered after dealing with plugin
sean huang: monday near noon time
Boris D.: In this case the fastest resolution option is to do a backup restore to the last date when the website was working fine. This is most likely caused by a wordpress or plugin update. It is best to do the restore.
Boris D.: The restore is done from Site Tools > Security > Backups
Boris D.: The full guide on how to do this is here http://www.siteground.com/tutorials/getting-started/backup-and-restore-tool/
sean huang: it ‘s weired again , yet me and the support from siteground cant find out the reason
sean huang: then this morning it sunddetly revocered for a short while
Boris D.: This type of issue can be caused by the current them you are using so it is a good option to contact the theme developers as well.
sean huang: in the afternoon shows two paragraph agout :: Warning: fopen(/home/customer/www/twasiatimes.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-amp/ultimate-amp.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/customer/www/twasiatimes.com/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6109 Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/www/twasiatimes.com/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php:6109) in /home/customer/www/twasiatimes.com/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1296
Boris D.: I can verify on a server level we are not the cause.
sean huang: and few hours ago, it became blank again lol
sean huang: ohoh got it
sean huang: anything i should do after restore?
Boris D.: It is good to clear the cache from Site Tools > Speed > Caching and also clear the cache on your browser.
Boris D.: Still, even after that it is worth to report this issue to the theme developers for the theme that you are currently using.
sean huang: ok, keep in mind
Boris D.: They could have a fix.
sean huang: yup , especially a paid theme
sean huang: what and how should i let them kniow ? there isnt a code, sth like this
Boris D.: just let them know what you have told me
