I cannot update any content on theme panel.
When I installed the latest update the other day I noticed that the Yoast plugin isn’t displaying correctly when I’m trying to add a new post. The ‘content optimization’ tab is totally blank and not showing up. I tried to reinstall the theme which didn’t work and tried to do the same with the plugin itself. I’m assuming the theme update is the problem since the plugin works on some of my other sites that isn’t using the Newspaper theme.
Since Today i can’t edit my homepage with the TD Composer as it shows the following error:
Error at columns elements 9(models):10 (dom). The model does not match…
Checking Theme and Plugins for Updates
I tried to deactivate and activate all plugins step by step.
RE-Installed the Tag Div Composer
Increased the WP Memory to 96 M on wp-config.php
Nothing affects the error message.

Hi I have an issue that some icon or images on the theme panel are not displaying.

Also some icons and images on post page are not loading either.
I dont really know what causing this issue cause my site runs perfectly and i’ve never made any changes before this issue appear. I am using Newspaper V9.01 and then update it to V9.1 to see if it can fix the problem. But it doesn’t.

I’m having a problem with the Instagram feed in the sidebar, the Instagram posts are not included in the feed.
I just update the theme with the laster version 9.1 and I still have the problem.
I’m having the same issue here at (removed)
The social counter is at the bottom. Twitter and IG follower count seems to have stalled. I updated Newsmag to 4.5 and the Social Counter Plugin to 4.4 (through the Envato Market) When I change the Twitter username to another one, I will see their accurate follower count, but going back to the correct user (BlogueCannabis) it reverts back to 294 while it is over 500
EDIT: Issue seems to be fixed. There seems to be a fetching delay in which I wasn’t able to see the new data even after clearing my cache. Follower count is now accurate. Thank you

It looks like its not saving in mobile section, (Mobile Section which is the added plugin for Newspaper : tagDiv Mobile Theme

Using this theme for years and this is my first ever question :
The Theme does not save changed (colours – adword code text etc) strange out.
Reinstalled / disabled plugins / cache un-cached every thing
When you hit save the big correct mark appears, then refresh the screen it reverts.
Tried in Diff browser / in all modes (in incognito etc etc) not joy.
Got host to check permissions – still no joy
any help would be greatly appreciated

I had that same issue before I updated my PHP to 7.0. As soon as I did that I no longer received the upload issue.

I of course do understand, that running processes need to be done. But the thing with custom work – is a long requested discussion on this board. So I also understand, that it’s simply not a wanted part of TagDiv. As other companies are always able to do custom work – just because it’s good money for them – the can be sure, that no nonsense will be done with their themes, and they are having a good payed testdrive for future implementations, which they even got payed for … It’s a kind of a internal political question.
So I will need to hire a freelancer to do this for us. But it’s not what I wanted. For example the Soledad-Team had rebuilt a festure, which I missed from your theme. They have got about 350 dollars from us for this. The next theme update included this feature. Just because it was there – and it was good …
They simply were not able to build homepage blocks from tags – they only used posts. That was a long awaitd feature for the community.
However: I sure do understand, that there is a current timezone in which it is not possible to do sch things. But I do not understand, why this is the case for years now. The newspaper theme is one of the most complex theme on the themeforest market. So I am not willing to believe, that a company, who built such a complex theme, would not be able to fulfill a request within a few weeks, where a freelancer can do this job within a few days …
We have chosen this theme (again) as it’s maybe the most professional designed piece of code on the market. As we are not a blog, but a good running (growing) online magazine, it’s most important for us to stay flexible and open minded – but all this within a stable theme-solution.

Thanks for a fast reply. All plugins are updated. I have already added the code to .htaccess file. All lights are green in System Status. Alle requirements are met.
As I wrote, the page works in 9.01 and the server setup is exactly the same. So I assume the issue is on your end?

After theme update please try to update TD Composer, if this don’t work, please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

My TagDiv composer is not working after the 9.1 update. The page just keeps on loading. I know it is from the update, cause a staging copy I have with version 9.01 works fine. And there has not been made any changes to the page in the meantime.
I have only edited the page in TagDiv composer!

I’m using the Envato plugin to update the theme. While the theme itself has updated, I’m still seeing Newspaper Child Theme 7.0 as the current child theme. Any insights?

I want to organize all games in a smart library.
Can you consider to add it in future update? that would be awesome. Maybe it’s also good for the gaming theme.
There’s another problem with the smart list function. I want to add Star Ratings. The smart list does not give me the chance to set ratings for each game. It does count everything as if it were one.
I also tryied with “Yet Another Stars Rating” plugin but the result is the same. Only 1 rating for the whole post.
Tried also ‘review template’ (cloud download) for add the stars but it takes away the smart list and has the usual problem described above.
What you suggest? For me the games library and stars rating are basically essential.
I do not think it would be difficult for you to implement a similar function :P.
It’s just a calendar with a list of outgoing games … otherwise I really don’t know how to do.

Version 9.0.1 (August 10th, 2018) -> Version 9.1 (October 15th, 2018)
You can update the theme by replacing via FTP the current files with the ones from the patch folder.
