The message you get is quite common with WordPress. In most cases it can be easily fixed.
For example – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-link-you-followed-has-expired/
In that case the max upload size was limited, increasing it solved the problem. Usually this is the main cause.
Check this guide carefully and make modifications if needed

If everything is set properly there should be no problem. Contact your hosting provider if needed and ask them to make changes as the guide suggests.
You can also install the theme by FTP, that is not difficult to do and it’s very useful to know how to use FTP. If our guide is not detailed enough check some more online

Ya we just updated to the cloud templates it solves the issue though. But can’t we give infinite numbers in the setting for module 8?

Thanks for getting back to me. In the grand scheme of things the issue with the colour picker isn’t a major problem and I am more than happy to wait for an update.
The issue with the email address is odd, as before the update the text colour was white with a blue hover colour, just as I had set it in the theme sub footer colours section.
Since the update to version 9.1 the email address text is now adopting the sub footer background colour and the hover colour isn’t working either yet everything else in the sub footer is picking up the correct text and hover colours.
Is there a quick custom CSS code I can use in the meantime?

1-) Well the twitter count is working perfectly so it is just Facebook that is not working. I do understand that you had to change some code. If you can tell me what code needs to be changed, I will edit the php files directly and will paste over the new code in them for the Facebook counter to work properly again.
Even if that is not possible for you to tell me, then can you just tell me the file which fetches the data from Facebook? I will update the file manually with static numbers to be displayed on my website.
2-) Regarding the error which you have showed, why is this error coming only when woocommerce product is being displayed? If I just remove the woocommerce product shortcode, then the ads display just fine.

1. Actually Facebook, Twitter and Instagram counts will most likely not work. Due to changes made by most socials on their side, we had to adapt the theme by updating to work with these socials

So using older theme versions than 8.7.3 the social counter will not work. There were also various fixes in the theme when WordPress was updated, mentioned in the changelog as well. It would be best to try and keep both WordPress and the theme updates when updates are available.

I updated the theme t latest version. i had some issues with the plugin, i rectified it. It was all working perfect, even took the backup. Then all of a sudden, my homepage went blank.

Any solution?
Update. There seems to be a problem with the plugin – tagDiv Social Counter , when i deactivate it, it solves the problem.

Update 3: All solved. There was a conflict with a plugin as it was out dated. So all going well at the moment.I came to realise that by deactivating all the external plugins. and then activating them one by one, till i get to the bad one.
This thread can be deleted by the authors now if required.

Since updating to version 9.1 I have noticed a couple of bugs.
In the theme panel when trying to change the general theme colours or sub footer colours the colour picker is partly hidden as in this example:

Also in the sub footer I have an email address which is not displaying the correct text colour anymore.

I have tried applying the text colour again and clearing the cache but nothing seems to work.

Update. I tried to update to the td composer plugin via theme panel. Now the site is showing up, but when i try to access wordpress admin, it give a blank page.

If you notice on the side bar, just below the ad, there is a social counter that shows the no. of fans/subscribers to our social media pages. The problem is that Twitter and YouTube counter are working perfectly while Facebook counter has become static and not updating. I do not want to update my theme version to the current version, so is there anything we can do which can make the Facebook counter to fetch data correctly?

The first link is a post page which calls the wocommerce product to display inside it via a woocommerce shortcode, while the second link is the direct woocommerce product page. The problem is with the sidebar.
If you notice, there is a blank empty space where an ad from Google should have appeared. All over the website, Google Adsense ads are displaying correctly without any problems, except for the woocommerce product pages or the posts where the woocommerce products are being displayed via a shortcode.
Can you please tell me what can be done to fix this problem?

Hi,
Each theme version works with the composer version provided with it. The composer will try to update itself, but if this fails it will remain deactivated.
There will be a message mentioning if the plugins were deactivated and that you should update them

In that case you have to update it manually (by update button) in the theme plugins panel, like this example for some plugins that were deactivated

@Jair Prandi In some cases login issues (I believe you get a 500 error) were solved by increasing the WP memory to a higher value. For most users a 256M value would be enough

New error after updating to 9.1 is “TD Composer is disabled on Posts Page.” Not sure if this means development is working on an update since it seems many people are having issues, but I think I can work around it in the mean time.

I just updated to Newspaper 9.1 (using WordPress 4.9.8). When I attempt to edit a page with tagDiv Composer I receive a 520 Error. All system status elements are green. See screen cap (https://i.postimg.cc/pL0kqGdj/systemstatus.png).
I had previously added the script to my htaccess file by tagDiv support:
