Before it working, can i know what change you do in the last update who make change in title?
I know you don’t care customer who use another wordpress plugin but with this change i lose many visitor, i’ll install the previous version, and hope i can have reponse for continue to work with your template.
Apache error log shows this for the latest version of newspaper that I just installed:

The counter is updated with each page load.
For example: press F5 (reload page in browser) = +1 Post Counter.
Make backup of your site with database.

I would like to know if it is safe updating from Newspaper 8.5.1 to 9.
I didn’t receive anymore automatic updates but now I have discovered that Newspaper 9 has just been released, so I want to update the theme.

Every time I update my theme I get the same error message: “Did you disable any TagDiv plugins?
We’ve got some errors at loading API files. It could happen because of a disabled TagDiv plugin!”
And images are not displayed anymore.
When I try and activate the TD composer I get yet another error message: ”
PLUGINS DISABLED AUTOMATICALLY
The following plugins were disabled because they are incompatible with this version of Newspaper:
tagDiv Composer”
What is the solution?

On what devices do you have tested this? It seems to be a mini bug on iOS mobile devices with Safari or Chrome browser. We hope to fix this in our future updates.

This is a screen of what the menu looks like when it loads compared to when I scroll down and back up (not to the very top). When you reach the very top, the search button moves to the left again.
Any ideas how to fix this and to ensure it stays the same?

I discover than with the last update, i lose title in wpforo.
I have many post with good place on google with this forum, then i really hope you can find solution or i’ll must change template.
I try with other template and it’s ok, the problem it’s just with Newspaper.

In the most severe cases first: check your own computer for viruses; then treated with a MySQL database of your website; then re-installed WordPress from the official distribution, and only then installed the Newspaper Theme last version.
Update: A few hours later, and I opened WP/Newspaper again, and the above problems are gone. So, you can ignore this question.

I updated my Theme to V 9.0.1, i deleted the old AMP plugin, i am now using AMP Plugin Version 1.2 | built on 10.08.2018 17:39 , i cleaned all database tables , i am sure, i am using the right google ads format

I’m having some issues with the wpColorPicker, that doesn’t allow me to use the theme panel. After the update of the theme and several pluins.
I’ve tried deactivating plugins, but it doesn’t seems to work.
This is what the console returns:

(and like 20 similar error from the color picker).
Yup, I updated via FTP – replaced v8 with v9. That all went ok. Cleared cache as well. No luck.
Didn’t want to provide login info but that might be only choice. Thanks.

The issue is related wih /includes/tdc_main.php and the code on line 752, this is not something that we can assist you with. If you remove this plugin you should be able to update everything.

Sorry but this will not work from the child theme. You will have to re-apply the images after you update if you want to change the default implementation for the placeholders.
