I’m not sure I understand exactly how you want your ads but our ad system works like this: There are a set amount of predefined ad spots in the theme panel here: http://screencast.com/t/1pZOOnsj
These ad spots are presented in our theme docs here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/ Please check all of the menu items on the left of the page for different ad spots.
If you want to place a custom ad on a page you can use an ad box element in visual composer and place the ad at your desired position within the page content. You can also place an ad box in sidebars as well from the widgets area of wordpress.
There is no ad spot on category pages though You can place a header ad or a footer ad that will show across the whole site.
So if you want to have an ad exclusively on the homepage simply place the adsense ad in a custom ad spot in the theme apnel then add an ad box element inside the homepage layout in visual composer and select the ad spot you placed your ad in when prompted to.

If you want to modify the social counter users you will have to edit each social counter element. If it;s on a page you need to edit the page in visual composer and add your own info in these boxes: http://screencast.com/t/BOsUXkzB or if the social counter is added in the sidebar as a widget, you need to access the widgets area and change the id;s from there: http://screencast.com/t/dzGgmcMg

Hi,

Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Also remove any custom code you may have added to the logo. You will have to check any image customization and compression to see if image quality is not affected by it. Also remove any image features of jetpack such as photon. Try to bring the theme as close to default as possible because our theme does not make images blurry or increase their size. There is something on your end affecting the logo and you need to identify what it is.

Well the politics demo is not presented in that tutorial you mention. It presents a way to create a homepage using visual composer, not a way to replicate the politics demo.
If you like the politics demo look, simply install the politics demo and you will have the style and content if you choose to: https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
As an alternative, you can simply replicate it in visual composer and revolution slider.
The elements used on all our demos can be created through the page builder. There are slight variatiuons with the css but not structural changes.

1)First of all, please keep in mind that our demo do not use the mobile theme and that’s why there will appear and on your site, not. Please notice that this is the default behaviour of this concept and for more information about mobile theme, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
2,3)Please notice that the mobile theme does not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why every page which is created with VC will not be displayed in Mobile theme.
If you are unhappy with our mobile theme, you simply disable the plugin from Plugins section and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile version.

I recommend you to do a new clean install from scratch via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Then, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version of required plugins (Visual Composer 4.12.1 and Social Counter 4.1). First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme. (Visual Composer 4.12.1 and Social Counter 4.1) The social counter should work as properly with both of them, like user and channel but if you do not configure according to our documentation here-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ many errors may occur. If your problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page and also, so we are able to provide a more accurate response. Unfortunately we have no solution in this regard. We do not recommend using visual composer for pages as it says here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
Our theme does not have any options for a custom background on posts. If you set a site background it applies to all of the site, not particular areas.

Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and rest cdn files. This is most likely a plugin issue. If you use wordfence, please set the firewall on learning mode.

I;m not sure why this happens as this is not a known issue. If it happens on mobile then it could be the mobile theme plugin as it is known not to show the standard pages but rather the content you add in the mobile editor.

If the problem you are facing is on desktop, then please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cnd files if you use it. It could be a plugin conflict.

1) Please notice that you can set your desired background from your Theme panel. Background section, from here -> http://screencast.com/t/FtN8Q3Fx and then, for the entire website you will have this background image. Further, using a bit of CSS code, you can change the background of your posts, reducing the background-color white which is set it by default with the code below ->

.td-banner-wrap-full, .td-boxed-layout, .td-main-content-wrap, .post, .td-header-main-menu, .td-header-menu-wrap {
background-color: transparent!important;
}

Please notice that is just a basic example from which you can begin to customize how you want. If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Well to my knowledge you cannot have both a static page and a blog page at the same time. WordPress does not allow it: http://screencast.com/t/creXLxUD I;m not sure of your previous theme;s implementation but not all theme s share the same options and features. In our theme you can use visual composer and add your preferred elements on your homepage and setlect what posts get shown on the page using the block settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
If you want to customize categories, you cannot do it in visual composer. Visual composer does not have any options for category pages. you can customize a category page from the per category settings in the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/EWAL2uhz
You can choose the category template, the grid view and how the posts will display.

You can change the sidebar position and the sidebar itself.
The theme login widget was created for the theme and all users, not the buddypress members area. Unfortunately there are no specific options implemented for buddypress.

Please try to disable all plugins except buddypress and visual composer an see if there is no plugin conflict affecting the members page. It should work as expected.

Please notice that until now we do not have any bad reports about crashing the site when you try updating the Visual Composer. Use a maintenance plugin, update your Visual Composer according to our documentation because this is the only way for updating Visual Composer, clear all your caches and check the result.
