Some files from Newspaper Theme are not used when only the page is loaded. Most of the page speed test websites do not interact with the website like an user does. That is why sometimes it will see “unused css”. As you can see on GTMetrix for example your page speed issue comes from fonts, when the file we are talking about is very small in loading terms: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.fmh.gr/wuolNmjq/

Unfortunately at the moment the CSS Analyzer tool is having an issue and is not working. Our developers are working on fixing this as soon as possible.

1. How exactly was the plugin broke ? If it displays shortcodes everywhere you will have to simply reinstall it and activate it. This should fix the issue, if not, please let us know what the result is and send us a screenshot of the error.

2. AMP plugin does work with Newspaper theme and the plugins. Please make sure to use the official AMP that comes with the theme: https://www.screencast.com/t/HKHUKosVx

3. Page speed of any website depends on how well the website is optimized. That mean that everything from content, fonts, images, host, caching, plugins, everything has to be adjusted so the performance will be top notch. 2. the option to remove the unused CSS is used only on pages and this option analyzes the website and all CSS that it finds that is not used is removed. Using the Generate critical CSS option will keep the CSS (is not remove the used CSS) but it is loading the necessary CSS for the first look in the website header and the rest of the CSS will be load in later https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnkVapqhIHc
