Hi,
Unfortunately you will need custom work to have that text on infinte load, but you can enable Load more pagination and translate the Load more text from Translations – http://screencast.com/t/Nx55dXVy or if you want to use infinite load, you can activate load more button to appear after x pages – http://screencast.com/t/mVVsnpa7e
Thanks!
Hi,
Please change the module that you use for search template as the old module doesn’t exist anymore – http://screencast.com/t/q4R5j3NVX6j Also please check all other templates and categories as there were added many options – http://screencast.com/t/JrdfW730pBI
Thanks!
Hi,
I have checked you site, please first use these classes as were changed in the new version – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ad/
Then please delete this code form style.css file so your embed will have the inline width that you specified – http://screencast.com/t/k8QnWGXZ
Hope this helps!
Hi,
Newspaper doesn’t have such an option and you will need to find/use a plugin for this. Unfortunately we did not test any plugin like this, so I cannot make any recommendations and guarantee that it will work, sorry!
I have seen that other theme users use Mailchip so feel free to test it and see if it helps.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please try this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css – http://screencast.com/t/PjKgII8oRO
.td-big-grid-slide .td-big-grid-post-0 .td-module-meta-info {
display: none;
}
Thanks!
Hi,
I have cheked your site and you have many javascript errors in the console – http://screencast.com/t/UulApK2CX Unfortunately we did not tested this plugin with our theme and you may need custom modifications to make the plugin to work with the theme. You can check if you have this issue without any plugins active(including Speed Booster), leave just Visual Composer and BARC chat, also disable any js/css minification and clear cache.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please set to pick related articles by tag from Theme Panel > Post Settings – http://screencast.com/t/fDLHWdnPaG9 and try to add your post types here – http://screencast.com/t/g4MPp7LEC1

Hi,
Please remove the space between .td_block_big_grid_1 and .td-grid-style-1 sorry!
.home .td_block_big_grid_1.td-grid-style-1 .td-module-thumb a:last-child:before {
background: -moz-linear-gradient(top,rgba(0,0,0,0) 0%,rgba(0,0,0,0.3) 100%);

Hi,
The theme doesn’t have an option to display ads in the blocks, you will need custom work for this and unfortunately we cannot provide any type of custom work at this time.
You can try this to filter by tag articles to appear in Big Grid – http://screencast.com/t/nEh9mafks so only those specific post will appear there – http://screencast.com/t/5QRYk1xGjbt
To control posts on a specific block you ca also try this solution, maybe will help – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/top-posts/
If you don’t know how to do it I suggest to hire a freelancer to do it for you from sites like – http://studio.envato.com/
Thanks!
Hi,
Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option to add a different background on post pages. On your articles will be added the background image that is set for primary category, sorry. If you want to block the background image to appear on your post you can try to alter td_background.php and stop the background to appear on single pages check this condition – http://screencast.com/t/kKUkSibIIjM
Thanks!
Hi,
Please check the documentation how to update the theme and how to run the script – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ The only thing that it is not written here is that the old customizations will not work (theme’s files customization, custom css). We recommend that you delete the old version of the theme before uploading the new one, also update the plugins that come with the theme files from /plugins folder. After the update run the script, it will import old settings from database and it will change the shortcodes – http://screencast.com/t/eZxxuqvsTir. Also you have to regenerate the thumbs – https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/ You may have to re-add widgets on the sidebars, some of them may not be imported or don’t exist anymore.
Hope this helps!
Hi,
Please try also with a default theme and see if you can activate it, as the plugin’s developer said “but a WordPress issue” you can try and see if it works. Also it could be from your server, I’m not sure.
Thanks!
We are sorry for inconvenience! You are right we will change this in the documentation that the old customizations will not work on version 6. Replied also here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/upgrade-files-are-any-directories-missing/#post-56431
Thanks for suggestion!
Hi,
You don’t have to rebuild your homepage again as running the script will import your setting from database also it will change the shortcodes, but if you have custom modifications to the old theme files and custom css you will have to customize again as like I said the theme should be regarded as a new one(new files, new html/css). We are very sorry for inconvenience!
Thanks!
Hi,
I have checked your site and did not found any issues with ads. Do you have this issue on mobile devices? Please provide more details about the device that you used and also the version of the theme. Also note that adsense are not responsive on the fly, you have to refresh the window in order to get the right size ads for current screen width.
If you refer to Safari version for Windows, it was abandoned in 2012 and does not support the latest web tech.
Thanks!

Hi,
Do you want to use embed in your sidebar? Please copy the iframe – http://screencast.com/t/Wz7EJBrT – http://screencast.com/t/Y5iccEnOq1b and use text widget in your sidebar(add it in a div container to set the inline width) – http://screencast.com/t/yozbGNsb1nKo
Thanks!
Hi,
The theme doesn’t have such an option for menu, you will need custom work to achieve this, unfortunately we cannot provide any type of custom work at this moment as we work hard on development, updates and support.
You can add a different border color for each item from the menu, using unique class of items – http://screencast.com/t/IinTmGl2G – http://screencast.com/t/uKGH6NCX
.sf-menu .menu-item-15.current-menu-item a:after {
background-color: red !important;
}
Just change the number for above css code with your specific number and add the css code for each item.
Thanks!
Hi,
If you want to hide the date also on modules please try this custom css – http://screencast.com/t/M8CJOpPZcM

Hi,
Please provide a link to take a look, if you did not solved this.
Thanks!
Hi,
@modernmavens I saw your question from this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspapertagdiv-powered-websites-showcase/#post-56279
You can use Big Grid Slider to look the same like in old version of the theme on mobile devices please check this thread as reference – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/homepage-issue-with-big-grid-3-style-1/#post-55259
Thanks!
Hi,
Thanks @Chris!
@Branstone Newspaper 6 is practically a new theme more different that version 4. In old version it was wp-admin folder in the root of the theme and now you can find it in /wp_booster folder – http://screencast.com/t/gsBfEOPrKB9 Also the bbpress directory is missing because the bbpress is used now without any customizations.
Thanks!
