You filter by multiple categories using categories id and sort by latest – https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-overview/ but unfortunately this will not place on each Big Grid section a post from each category. If you have created more articles from a specific category these will be displayed there as they are latest articles added.
Also you can try to filter by tag so you will display on Big Grid articles with that specific tag.

I guess that you use speed booster plugin, unfortunately this usually happens when speed booster is used as the css and js are moved at the bottom of the page structure, so that the page will load faster. That’s why the theme’s colors appear first then changes, because of the cascading property of css. To avoid this you could try to make the changes directly into theme’s style file, like you friend suggested. We are working to find a solution and a better implementation for this.

We also use the full version of Visual Composer plugin(unmodified), but some elements of Visual Composer are hidden in functions.php – http://screencast.com/t/SynPasWm as they don’t work fine with Newspaper at this time. Also you can use text block to render your ads or try to use a plugin like Ad Rotate or Simple Ads Manager that many users are using.

Unfortunately theme doesn’t have an option to change header ad position on mobile. A solution could be to disable header ad on mobile, use a custom ad bellow the menu for header style that you use(edit header.php file and use do_shortcode function) – http://screencast.com/t/PpSNXg2mbCII off course enable this custom ad for mobile from Theme Panel.

Unfortunately the megamenu was not designed to work like this, the articles will not be displayed fine if you make a category megamenu and you use it in the submenu. So please make sure that the item menu(category) used as megamenu is in root of the menu.

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option for this and I ‘m afraid that it won’t be available in next versions. Only categories are available for megamenu. Also regarding megamenu layout, it was designed to display subcategories at the bottom of articles and you will need custom work to to achieve this like on Newspaper. Unfortunately we cannot offer custom work at this time as we work hard on development fixes and support, sorry.
