@tricell Most probably a plugin conflicts with the theme’s javascript and that’s why you get this issue with mobile menu. I suggest to disable all you plugins except Visual Composer, clear all you caches and purge your files if you use CDN and check again if it the issue persist. If it works please enable your plugins one by one and see which one cause this problem and disable it or try to find an alternative.

This depends on your server configuration as the theme has some server requirements – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ Check also the System Status parameters like Chris suggested – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Consider also the other suggestions as Chris has experience with these kind of things.
Also you could try to reduce the ajax requests: try to not use mega menus, blocks with pagiantion(next prev, infinite load..) and see how it goes.

Please check the guide “How to use Visual Composer” – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-use-visual-composer/ The tagDiv blocks were designed to be used only on blue highlighted columns. If you wan to use them in other types of columns you will custom modifications to adjust them.

The theme doesn’t have rtl support and you will need custom modifications for a rtl site. Unfortunately the time doesn’t allow us to provide any type of custom services and if you develop a rtl site you will need custom work and I can only suggest to get someone to help you.
If you did not knew that the theme doesn’t come with rtl support and you cannot use the template, you can ask for a refund here – https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and we will agree with it so you can find another template which comes with rtl support.

Unfortunately the Theia Post Slider is not one of the tested plugins and I’m not aware about it’s functionality and/or if it is working properly with the theme. We have a list of the tested plugins beside the ones provided with the theme and for each theme release we consider this and make the necessarily modifications for the theme to support theme.
Also you have specified about the support, please note that we offer support for the theme’s related issue based on envato support policy – https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy We cannot provide any type of custom services or plugins implementations, sorry! I suggest to hire freelancer to make the necessarily modifications and implement the plugin wot work properly with the theme.

I suppose you use the Mobile Theme plugin, so please note that it comes with it’s own templates so you will need to modify also the mobile theme template(s), check the mobile folder – http://screencast.com/t/ezJbnAZY Or you can disable the Mobile Theme plugin which, by the way is optional, and use the default theme responsiveness, so the content you have on desktop should appear also on mobile devices.
