Hi,

Please check this without any plugins active except Visual Composer and Yoast, remove all your custom modifications, clear the caches and check it using fb debugger to scrape it.
I have tested this and it works properly. Also I suggest to update the theme to the latest version 7.5. We don’t test the older versions and it could cause issue.
If you don’t want to update and test it without any custom modifications and plugins please check this on a clean install on a test site.

Just an update: the tagDiv Composer plugin works also with Visual Composer plugin. Just please make sure that you use the latest tagDiv Composer, the latest theme version and the Visual Composer provided with it. Also please note that tagDiv Composer is still in development and for the moment it is not provided with the theme package until it is fully developed.

@cloin1 The answer is the same like Adrei stated above. In the next theme release will include the latest version on the plugin available on market.
We provide updates on a regular basis, the plugins provided are tested for theme compatibility and we also add new features, fix issues in each theme release so I cannot provide you date when we will ready.

Unfortunately we did not made any tests using a similar code. Try to render it in a wordpress text widget and see how it goes. If it is approved it should work. Also you can try it using a wordpress default theme. The theme ad spots may not render it and you may need to use a plugin, but if you implement it in the code, the theme should render any code if it is correct/approved.
