You can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/aaa-option-optimizer/ to sort and delete the autoloaded options. I see that the limit for the autoloaded options size is 800 KB. Some found a way to increase that limit so the message goes away – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/autoloaded-options-issue-in-site-health/ But it would be best to actually check and maybe reduce the autloaded options.
