Hi,
I’ve added this to our list of featured improvements, but I don’t know when it will be implemented.
Have a great day!
Hello,
if you have created a local install, you need to go to my license and assign the license to the domain -> https://imgur.com/i3d3D5I
Thank you!
Hello,
I just checked and that works https://i.imgur.com/oGkWtP1.jpeg
Please check if you don’t have cache issue or a plugin conflict.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please let me know what version of the theme, WordPress, and PHP you have.
Also, you can check the console to see if you don’t have an error.
Also, have you checked for a plugin conflict?
Thank you!
Hello Kaitlin,
This is on our list for feature improvements.
Have a great day!
Hello,
You have a prebuilt website with cloud templates, so if you have the tagdiv Standard pack plugin activated, please disable it.
You need to customize everything with tagdiv Composer.
Please let me know what you want to change.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, no, the theme doesn’t have a solution like that.
Maybe it can be done custom if you want. You can contact our team here https://tagdiv.com/submit-a-request/
Have a great day!
Hi,
You need to go to the cloud template section -> general, and here you can edit it -> https://i.imgur.com/0seoIL7.png
Thank you!
Hi,
Don’t you have a backup from before you did the update? I said to roll back to a backup, not just to the previous version of the theme. It’s always recommended to create a backup before any update—whether it’s for the theme or WordPress.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please check if this code is missing from your .htaccess: https://www.screencast.com/t/iN0R93dD3p from our requirements https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ this requirement is not displayed in System Status. Also, add this code https://i.imgur.com/k44HWD5.png you can ask your host to help you https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Thank you!
Hello,
I just checked your website, and it is working -> https://i.imgur.com/72TTxv8.jpeg -> https://i.imgur.com/Yvu7VxB.png
Thank you!
Hello,
I recommend checking if you use standard templates from the theme panel, blocks from 1 to 25, and big grid blocks. Replace them with cloud templates and Flex block and big grid flex blocks, and disable the tagdiv Standard pack plugin. The prebuilt website doesn’t affect your page speed and how the website loads, but maybe on the other website, you have other extra plugins, and you optimized the website using the cache plugin, a plugin for images, and the OMGF plugin for Fonts. This depends on how your website is optimized and what plugins you use. You can provide the link to your website to check it.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please provide a video.
Also, have you checked for a plugin conflict?
Thank you!
Hi,
The link is working; please copy and paste it into a new tab.
Thank you!
Hello,
In the same block, it is not possible, but you can set block at the top of the page. You can filter the blocks using custom filed, the custom filed needs to be the type of text assigned to the posts, or CPT and use this value in the post id or use type acf type true/fals to include, exclude posts https://i.imgur.com/bpiJMXL.png
Thank you!
Hello,
The theme doesn’t have a filter like that, but you can try to filter by using the post id filter, and setting your custom field https://i.imgur.com/CtVg53Z.png It may work better.
The custom field needs to be the type text, not the date or data picker.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m sorry for the delayed response. What I don’t understand is why you would want the footer to be sticky because it normally appears when the page content is long, and there is no extra space there. Maybe for pages with little content, you could duplicate the template and assign it individually only to those pages where you want the footer to be sticky -> https://i.imgur.com/aD1IzEA.png
Thank you!
Hello,
There is an option in the theme that will remove the ads from the backend; please go to Newsmag > System status and click on “tagDiv advertisement” – https://i.imgur.com/ysGaxrZ.png
Thank you!
Hi,
For the classic editor plugin, the sidebar can be removed only from them files, for this you need to go in -> wp-content/themes/Newsmag/editor-style.css and comment these lines of css -> https://i.imgur.com/MIuDveD.png
If you are using the Gutenberg editor, then there will be no sidebar in editor, this will look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/F6PUBhU.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
You can do the change as I said above.
Thank you!
Hello,
Yes, use one posts loop and how many flex blocks you want.
You can hide it with a custom code CSS, or change the block header type.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please provide a video with the issue to understand it better.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m glad that is resolved.
Have a great day!
Hello,
3. This is how the menu works https://i.imgur.com/6LbZP4j.jpeg If you want you can do some custom code CSS and show it as you want. You can use Chatgpt to help you.
4. Please provide a post where you have this margin extra.
5. You can use a separator element, or set a border bottom -> https://i.imgur.com/2vjtgK5.jpeg
Thank you!
Hello,
You can set the image’s width and height for each module: https://i.imgur.com/AQBzna4.jpeg. If you want, I suggest you use the images with the same size, and then there should no longer be issues and you can use the same settings on the blocks for image size.
Thank you!
