Also, please check the console when you try to save the changes made with tagDiv Composer maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead. If you use it on subdomains that are a part of your product, you could use the same key, but for different domains/sites, then you will need to buy another license from ThemeForest.

1. This issue can be caused by a plugin conflict, or, did you use any plugins to optimize your images?
Did you use WP Bakery? If yes, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
