You can use the standard header from Theme Panel, for this you need to have the Standard Pack plugin, but in the new update, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.

Seems you have the Mobile theme plugin activate, when you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps, after you did this and the problem is still persisting, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, make a test using only tagDiv plugins.

Also, this link does not need to be indexed by Google that is why it has set nofollow.

The compatibility with WordPress v5.7.2 is tested only with the latest version of the theme Newspaper, v10.4.

If you use Cloud Library, these templates can’t be set in child theme. Child Theme uses the standard templates.
For flex Block 1 you can find the files in these paths
wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/modules/td_module_flex_1.php
wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes/td_flex_block_1.php and for Posts Loop is wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/modules/tdb_module_loop.php tdb_module_loop_2.php
If you use cloud templates and you make changes in the files, the changes will apply on all pages.

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
