Rocketloader is not among tested plugin and we can’t guarantee that it will work fine with our theme. If the problem appears only when this plugin is active most likely there is a conflict between the theme and this rocketloader. It could be a js conflict or a css issue. I’ve checked the sites on mobile with android, on iPhone and also with browser’s emulator and they works fine on my end. If you still have this issue try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test them again.

We haven’t tested cloudflare’s rocket loader with the theme but usually the rocket loader or automatic compression of js resources cause this. We don’t recommend using an autominify tool as this could generate js conflicts and break features that use js, function as in your case mobile menu and search.

Speed Booster plugin was intent for users with experience in codeing as there are necessary some tests in order to make sure that the plugins will work fine if their resources are moved to footer. Not all plugin will work fine if the css/js are moved to footer and you will need to test them one by one.
If your ad-sense plugin does not work fine just leave its css/js in header and it shout work.
