That image is in the content of your posts, and probably you’ve added it to Gutenberg.
We have no settings to affect only one image from your content because we have only one element that takes all the content you add to Gutenberg. You have some settings in Gutenberg in order to delete or hide it if you edit the post. You can also add additional CSS classes in order to affect the elements in Gutenberg. So, you won’t have duplicate posts.
Edit the single template with the TagDiv Composer, check if there are two elements that display the featured image, and delete one.
Make sure you set the featured image for your posts in the right-side settings in the Gutenberg and not in the content. Please follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
