Hello @GangaIndoage!
It could be a plugin conflict there. Try again with another plugin. Or let their support know about this issue.
Thank you!

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello @rahuldasop !
Please let it be the default one. Anyway, it differs from case to case.

Hello @samnash68!
Please let me know in detail what exactly is not working. Did you check out the guide I provided above?
Thank you!
Hello @mongooz !
It seems I can’t check your website. It writes, “You don’t have permission to access this server.”
Thank you!
Hello @rahuldasop!

Hello @RahulDasOp!
You can enable more features for sharing from the theme panel settings -> Social/Apis -> Social Share -> scroll till you see these options: https://app.screencast.com/Ogf0bD2oBciEG
Thank you!
Hello @RahulDasOp!
If this is happening only sometimes, then it could be an issue with your caching tools.
Please check!
Thank you!
Hello @terrychanpuli!
Try to adjust it from here: https://app.screencast.com/H1wwlmJL6jR13

Hello @DUNKY59!
Check these guides: https://www.jezweb.info/how-to-create-a-blog-post-using-wordpress-gutenberg/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
Hello @ilouie!
You said that you use the second option, mobile pages. When you create a mobile page, you should assign it to your desktop page. Please check the guide and assign your mobile pages correctly.
If you can’t handle it, then I can try to help you. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello @ilouie!
If you assign the mobile page to your desktop page correctly, then it should display the mobile page created by you. Try to uninstall all the caching tools that you are using and check the results.
Thank you!
Hello!

Hello @dennisjpitocco!
1. You can use that option too, but you have a lot of code there. Place it before the code that is already there.
2. Yes. Clear all the cache.
Thank you!
Hello @joeyfatstat !
It could be a caching issue, a plugin conflict, or you did not set the mobile logo in the right place.
Thank you!
