Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

You can add only a featured image or video. Unfortunately, we do not have this feature in our theme. Maybe you can find a plugin which can do this.
A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. For example, in the step3 here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.

I recommend you have a fresh WordPress install and move the entire project (only with the tagdiv plugins) with the Duplicator plugin. So, you can be sure no one will access your website.

Edit the page with the TagDiv Composer, click on the inner row from that section and set it off like here: https://prnt.sc/ocD4NGkQimiX ; then all the visitors will have access to see that button.
You can’t have both features, unfortunately. There is no option implemented in the theme already.

Unfortunately, you cannot display only the first post “pinned” and the rest in the same element.
