Hello!
This option: https://prnt.sc/LK8OAjZpwUIn is working only for post and categories, not blocks or homepage.
I set primary category for that post: https://prnt.sc/D6rEBXOApfNP and now it should display only that primary category for that post.
Thank you!
Hello!
For me it is working well: https://prnt.sc/2tHgNmSyB5UC
Do you have many categories assigned to a post?
Thank you!
Hello!
I can’t see it even on homepage: https://prnt.sc/4vpQu06oufRd
If you set different primary category, then it shouldn’t show anywhere.
Thank you!
Hello!
Use the special filter current category and it will apply well for every category: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/. If not, you can duplicate the template.
Thank you!
Hello!
Add this CSS code in the Live CSS section:
#wp-admin-bar-our_support_item{display:none!important;}
Thank you!
Hello Mariane!
Did you have the plugins installed, activated, and up to date?
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache.
Make a full backup, update the theme, do these steps:
1. deactivate TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall (delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).
If the problem persists, then we can investigate this issue further via email. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Hello @trandafir!
A workaround could be to use a page mega menu. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-menu/
Thank you!
Hello!
It is hard to understand because I see no issue with what you explain. The blue color is because there is a link (when you click and something opens). That blue color can be changed in the accent color settings.
I’m not sure what you need to achieve.
Thank you!
Hello @cdpragazzi !
There is a special section for the amp ads. Check the guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hello Mariane!
Can you please provide more information about your issue after the update and your website link?
Thank you!
Hello @amritlawin !
In order to avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information(screenshots/video) about what exactly you need to achieve or what is the issue there and your website link.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Hello!

Thank you!
Hello @danielfooddiary !
I can see that it works well: https://www.screencast.com/t/3w7WQHhp
Clear the cache from the browser and try again or check it in an incognito window.
Thank you!
Hello @sheexplores !
This is the 404 cloud template and it can be edited with the TagDiv Composer: https://prnt.sc/gozA2n9cnxeb -> https://prnt.sc/lAm3lqi6OTko -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
Thank you!
Hello!
I can see that the tag is as your title head. Did you solve the issue?
Thank you!
Hello @ferencszankovics!
Yes, because you need to design that blank page in the tagdiv Composer and add the element Single Content in order to display the content created in Gutenberg.
Thank you!
Hello Chris!
a) Yes.
b) This will require custom work, which is not covered by the support team.
For customization and other services, you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/.
Or, you can replace the search system with another one.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello Chris!
Ok. I understood. Unfortunately, you can’t have a condition there and run a JS with the design from composer. But you can arrange them manually or set a filter that permits you to display the largest number of posts in that place.
Thank you!
Hello @dita999 !
Yes. Also, you can make it global for some of them, and if you need to change one, you need to access it and assign a different template.
Thank you!
Hello!
If I click on this tag: https://prnt.sc/ve568HZEL0e6, then it leads me on the correct page: https://prnt.sc/u-dOw8it7NqN
If you mean these tags are different: https://prnt.sc/_ad7x_etWVS1, then please edit this page https://cloudzeeland.nl/category/rcnieuws/ with the TagDiv Composer and check the filter of that block.
Thank you!
Hello @ferencszankovics!
Create a new post from here: https://prnt.sc/_0IupO98goh2 and assign a category for it in the Gutenberg settings.
Thank you!
Hello Chris!
Can you please provide an example(screenshots/video) of what you’re trying to achieve?
Thank you!
Hello Chris!
Unfortunately, we do not have a filter for this in the search results page.
Thank you!
