Hello!
If it works okay in the tagdiv Composer, it could be from an extra plugin you are using. Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
Did you check which header template is assigned on those pages? You can see it in the Website Manager: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, we do not have other options—only the ones presented in the theme panel.
Check this guide as well: https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/v3
I hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
Did you follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search-setup-for-custom-post-type/?
The search will display the post type indicated by you.

Hello!
Do you use Google Recaptcha v3, and did you modify the score? If you’re using reCAPTCHA v3, lower the score threshold you accept.
Use extra behavior analysis (like mouse movement). Google reCAPTCHA v3 already does some of this, but custom behavior tracking can catch more.
Thank you!

Hello!
Please try to use the Custom Field shortcode. There is an option for the URL, too.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, I have no ETA. Sorry!
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
There is an option by using the Single Post Source from a single post template: https://app.screencast.com/ZIQiPD1pwdJRD

Hello!
Can you see the issue while you edit the homepage with the tagdiv Composer? If not, then it could be a browser glitch.
Thank you!
Hello!
By using cloud templates, you can have 2 different templates: one can be assigned to the posts you want date and author shortcodes, one can be assigned to posts without those shortcodes.
You should only duplicate the current single post template, give it a different name, make the changes, and apply it to your posts. A guide is here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you!
Hello!
Please check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-colors-introduction/
Make sure you use the default templates and that the issue is not caused by a caching tool.
Please check the differences between the cloud vs default templates from our guides:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/
All the cloud templates can be found and edited with the tagdiv Composer from the Dashboard -> Cloud Templates.
Thank you!
Hello!
Good idea. We will consider it!
Thank you for your feedback!
Hello!
We will investigate this issue.
A workaround could be to add the author with the help of an ACF plugin and display them in a custom module by using the Custom Field shortcode.
Thank you for letting us know!
Hello!
Please let your host know about this; they can help you change it on your server.
Thank you!
Hello!
Yes, Google has updated its criteria for indexing videos, particularly concerning the “watch page” format. Did you encounter any issues on the Google Search Console? Google now requires that for a video to be indexed and appear in search results, it must be the main content of a dedicated “watch page.” This means the page should primarily exist to showcase a single video, without substantial additional content that might divert attention. Pages where videos are supplementary—such as blog posts with embedded videos or product pages with video demonstrations—may not have their videos indexed under this guideline. Check this topic: https://www.reddit.com/r/SEO/comments/18uj1yt/video_is_not_the_main_content_of_the_page_on_gsc/ and this one for more tips: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9495631

Hello!
A workaround could be to use two shortcodes with different settings and hide the mobile one on desktop and tablet. Check this guide to activate the option to see the hidden elements: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/
Thank you!
Hello!
Then you can use it with default templates: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
