A shortcode can be inserted in our theme only by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. Now, it’s possible to be a plugin conflict there, but you can make a test on a test page.
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.

That one is a warning and not an error. Your license is registered from what I can see in your screenshot. We’ve introduced the Manage License System, which can be seen in the 11.4.3 version of the theme in Newspaper -> My license. You can assign or unassign a domain from there. One can be used for staging and one for your live website.
According to Envato license terms, a theme can be used for one single end product (website):
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular

Access your article in your frontend, edit it with the TagDiv Composer, click on those elements and delete them. There is actually a recycle bin basket for every element https://www.screencast.com/t/wFYdqgpo6pT
You can hide them also from the CSS tab of the element: Display: HIDDEN.
