1. Check in the Newspaper-> Theme panel-> Translations-> Translations and replace the word on the right side https://app.screencast.com/EDwOcaEyyHmLI and save the settings in the theme panel. You can check the favicon and set it up here: Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity -> Select site icon -> Upload the favicon -> Press Publish.
Clear all the cache, and it should work well.

Unfortunately, we have no option in our theme to change the URLs.
The solution is to use a custom permalink plugin to let you modify the URLs, such as the Permalink Manager Lite plugin. https://10web.io/wordpress-plugin/permalink-manager/
So, you can have some redirections with a new link you chose.
