Yes. Only the ACF plugin is required to work well.

No. The structure of the CPTs is in that demo’s plugin. So, in our demo, the jobs and the companies are 2 CPTs. When you post a job, you will choose the company as well: https://app.screencast.com/pIS1kRZMOJ9ZV
The page is a normal WordPress page and should be found in the Dashboard -> Pages. You can also create a new page, edit it with the tagdiv Composer, and add the page ID in the shortcode of the company template.
